I wouldn’t say it is so hard as it is different from the original open-world of Tyria.
I completed the whole story line with nothing but a lone (solo) zerker DH.
In many ways, it forces you to be more mindful of how you play:
positioning, utility skills and when to choose your battles.
play smart and know when you hold or fold and you should be fine.

Fearful Gaze: Place fear on target enemy for 2 seconds. Gain 5 stacks of might.
Unique Trait
Stoicism- This is the unique trait of the Inquisitor. Due to the difficult nature of the Inquisitor’s job, they find strength in knowing that their work will yield results.
in game this is reflected as such:
A meter that is hit-gated will fill up upon each successful hit. At intervals of 9, 12, and 14 succesfully landed hits, they are given an option to “Steel their Resolve.”
This equates to the following:
At the first tier, they will gain a temporary increase in both attack speed and power (+45 power).
At the second tier, if the meter has yet to be exhausted, they will have the opportunity to “StR” again but this time, are given a brief window of time to steal life for every attack successfully landed. (6 seconds)
At the third Tier, the Inquisitor is granted increased attack speed, blocks every 3rd attack, inflicts 3 seconds of bleed for every attack blocked back to the blocked foe. and gains a small amount of health for each landed attack.
When the player traits into the Sadism trait line it does the following:
At 5 skill points allocated to Stoicism, the Inquisitor gets an additional 25% chance of inflicting cripple for 2 seconds upon crit.
At 15, the Inquistor gets a 15% of gaining 1 stack of might and fury upon crit.
At 25 points assigned, the inquisitor gets a 10% chance to inflict bleeding upon crit.

I wanted to use this as an opportunity to introduce a new class to the community. maybe it will gain traction and make it into the game one day. In addition to the new class, I have included a new concept weapon: the Cat o’ Nine Tails. There are other classes that can use this, such as the Necro, Thief, Warrior and even the Mesmer, but for the sake of this post, I will focus only on the Inquisitor’s weapons and role.
New Weapon: Cat O’ Nine Tails

Lore for the Inquisitor:
Everyone has secrets; knowledge that they believe are worth protecting at huge detriment to their own well-being. That knowledge is power, however, it is also very hard to come by in Tyria… The inquisitor, through use of his, “creative methods,” tests the resilience of belief in a mission to discover truth.. Armed with a thirst for the unknown and a stoic sense of duty, the Inquistor, breaks his foes resolve in hopes of learning that which could save all of Tyria. He does what most are afraid to do: The unspeakable, and the horrible, all for a shot at salvation.

Armor Class: Heavy
The Inquisitor wears heavy armor as a means of visual intimidation towards his foes. However since his attacks require a certain finesse and his armor is mostly for show, has to take a much more methodical approach when it comes to getting what he wants. The armor is heavy, wouldn’t want to accidentally deal a fatal wound mid-interrogation.
Unique AoE skill:
Edicts: When it comes to information extraction, the end justify the means. For enemies of the Inquisitor, that “means” is pain. (PBAoE that has varying effects.)

You do have until the 3rd. If you beat the funhouse mission, the CP opens back up again.
I am not colorblind and still have difficulty seeing the aoe circles.
Anet, seriously. Figure out a player friendly way to alert them if incoming AoE. At the very least make the lines thicker and stop making the grounds (specifically the queens gauntlet) varying shades of red so that AoE rings are visible.
I came on this forum just now to specifically say something about this and alas, on the front page someone beat me to it.
This has been a serious issue since launch. Please remedy it.
We might get to see them make an appearance if people STOP voting for ELLEN KIEL.
hint hint kittening hint
OH MY GOODNESS, YES… What is up with that HIDEOUS purple??? +1 +1 +1
I actually came on here to suggest some more Sylvari themed weapons but the nightmare weapons sans the Magenta coloration would fix that totally…
The color alone is the only reason why i won’t get it, despite the weapon model itself being kitten…
I think … The downed player needs to get an option to suicide since it could be abused by the attacker to try keeping them downed. Imagine 5 vs. 5 each with five different 1 vs. 1 (people fighting at different parts of the map) and one team winning all the 1 vs. 1… they could just leave them downed… let them bandage a bit.. and sometimes attack a bit not finishing them and not letting them rally or fully bandage.
^This. COMPLETELY.
There is nothing i hate more than sitting around in a downed state for what seems like aeons with somebody pinging at me with enough damage to keep me downed… just give me a way to speed up the inevitable..
I disagree… IHMO,to be fair, in order to even purchase an item you have to not only click on it, but you have to also click the “buy” button. any purchase made is a keyboard to user issue… I have made this mistake several times, but i dont think a resell button is necessary…
I just make it a point to know exactly what i am buying before i click the “buy” button…
omg, I would LOVE this feature.
+1 for the idea.
i have found the best way to get around this atm is by switching to “lowest buyer” or “lowest seller” for a few seconds, then setting the price you really want to sell it for.
It seems by doing this, you are forcing the awesomium.exe to reset itself and clear it’s cache.
