1. Priority should not be granted on level, it should remain first come first enter. Simply because you are a higher level does not make you more important then someone else.

2. I’d really like to hear an explanation on this one as to how WvW is the only “real” pvp.

3. Again, level does not distinguish someone’s capabilities as a leader. I’d imagine the type of leadership you are wanting for this system is along the lines of the intent of the commander chat.

4. I actually agree with you on this point, WvW leadership roles should be based on WvW capabilities.

As far as GW is concerned, swords have always been about pressure over burst.

Is what I usually run. I went 20 points into marks instead of maxing out skirmishing because I found the piercing arrows to be way more effective in group situations than a faster trap recharge. Even though I only have ~15k health with this build, the toughness makes up for it, and allows heals on me to be more effective.

I’ve found the Hyena to be rather effective. It’s F2 skill spawns another hyena for a short duration, both pets are capable of causing bleeds and knockdown.

It’s basically a free kill on anyone hit by it.

Instead of making a statement like that, and nothing else, maybe provide some reasoning for why you feel this Elite is overpowered.
