Lots of good fights tonight, the best one was a 5min fight against [dw] at south camp bridge <3

Afaik [TDA] are former members of [dw] – that must have been kind of a strange feeling I guess. Bad enough to see good people leave RS, even worse to have to fight them.

[TDA] has existed for over 10 years now I believe, or something like that. We did recently have quite a few people from [dw] join us, who are with us pretty much every night in WvW. Fighting [dw] yesterday was definitely a fun experience with some of their ex-members on TS

12 years this fall.

We recruited 8 dw of which 6 are active.

On a serious note. People should calm down really it’s just a game.

People play the way they like, duels, gvg’s, blobs it’s all part of the game.
Wether you chose to respect the metagame or not is up to you, nothing anyone else can do about it.

The unpredictable element of WvWvW is what makes it fun, sure can be annoying seeing your enemy being steam rolled in the middle of a good fight or the other way around but it’s the name of the game.

In regards to the treb incident, sure, it was a poor move from LION, but nothing that warrants the amount of flame and name calling they have been subject to imo.

Personally i’d love to see a new map implemented with no structures which could be used for guild grps roaming, i’d hate to see instanced gvg.

Anyway enough of my ramblings, i wish you all gl with the reset tonight and hope to see you all on the battlefield again in the near future.

It’s WvWvW. Enter at your own risk.
You steamroll, you get steamrolled. Sometimes you get a nice fight, sometimes a enemy grp will run pass a solo enemy and wave sometimes they wont.

1 of the great things about WvWvW is that it is unpredictable, if we all were running and waving at each other as soon as a fight is unfair to one side or the other it would soon get really boring.

We all just need to synchronize our watches. After that we ofc need to decide which hours in a 24 hour cyclus is considered fair to play in.

History.

TDA is old I mean really old. Seriously the creation of the guild is lost in the dark annals of time, created back when men was men and women wore skirts and giggled and… Ok ok TDA was created at some time right after the release of Dark age of Camelot (2001) and there are still some of the old farts from that time hanging around, growing dusty in the cabins where they were placed when they started smelling. Since that dark age, TDA has been known to wet their appetite in multiple games, such as “Banana cooking contest”, “Donkey Kong For ever” and “Farmville” plus other non worthy names such as WoW, WAR, AOC..

Other important stuff. WvW/Social.
We do utilise team speak when in game and if you join us, you might be subject to a brainwash from the various wannabe Justin Bloppers, that from time to time amazes the rest of us with their talent and flair for singing…

If you have been in WvW lately you might have seen those insanely good players that run in tight displinary formation and executes moves and skills that kills twice or three times their numbers…
That was’nt us, well sometimes it is when the leader is not blind, intoxicated or have eaten a Banana Pie or is ME.
We are the Banana colored guild you might hear go HAI <insert name> or you might have met us as we moved headlong into something we probably should’nt have moved into, but the guy leading us dropped his glasses or had a beverage to many so only counted 3 and they all looked like cute little bunnies, and bunnies never killed anybody right right (That’s my excuse…) But we always have fun doing it

Drastically decrease the point gain for holding towers/keeps.
Implement point gain from killing other players. People would actually have to venture out of their towers and start fighting.

It´s a fairly different situation as the weeks before and this is quite exciting and it makes fun.
We Millers would have the Quality to play in brackets like this, but we allready don´t have the numbers to prevent a wholetime coverage per week and per day, which imo is a basic. But doesn´t matter – we have fun, we have the opportunity to learn and we are able to have some nice fights.

Fights, like yesterday, just before midgnight, as the Gandaras (Yak´s, WvW´s and a lot of others) attacked our HL fortress at both northern doors. If the ports wouldn´t have been there, we would have lost it, but with the port and the engagement of a lot Millers we were able to hold it. Nice fight, lot´s of bags for us and a wipe for Gandara (just kiddin´, no offence)

Hopefully we can have such nice fights some more times this week – but not in OUR FORTRESS

Stand out guilds for me this match up have been TDA and SOE. I don’t know how you managed it but you always seemed to have a great showing when I’ve seen you in the zones. We(LoE)were always in enemy BL’s on Gunnars so maybe missed you, but it seemed as though your guilds really put the effort in this match up.

On a side note though, I’d like to congratulate the guild TDA for being the most annoying guild in the BL’s, and i mean that in the best possible way :p.
