People i tried to change the e-mail for the uni mail and changed location from Portugal to Austria and it worked for me. Good luck!

For some reason, switching to an another E-mail adress (from hotmail.fi to a univ address) allowed me to buy the game. I got a “payment authorization failed” notice when I tried to purchase the game with c.card or online banking, on multiple different times.

Hopefully this helps at least some of you :-/

Same here in Portugal! I want to buy the game for my boyfriend as a surprise and when i use paysafecard it says payment Authorization failed. Please fix it!!!!! :C
