yep, that’s the bag that comes from the recipe, it’s supposed to be a 9 slot bag but it only gives 8 ,well according to the tooltip it says 9 but it only has 8 slots, i bugged it and they did not fixed it yet , so you got a recipe for an overpriced 8 slot bag (in mats)

I had the same problem in mine, i had to swim to it and kill it with my trident

I have some greaves that have clipping issues the name is Seraph-Issue Greaves that i bought in kessex hills ,the balthazar was not there tho i used a transmutation stone but they always clipped even before i got the Baltazar rune on them

i have the same problem with my lvl 14 azura necro and my lvl 45 norn ranger , i had bugged a quest thinking it was only one that was faulty but when playing my necro i seen the same problem appear

I crafted one on my armorsmith but it was a lvl 20 item i had found the recipe in the charr 1-15 area where there are engineers testing new stuff , there was only 1 recipe and it was heavy armor none for tailoring or leatherworking that i would have used on my alts it had 23 defense +7 toughness
