Why, for the love of god why anet???
It’s bad enough your forcing this stupid new map on us and now fridays are going to be meaningless as the day before resets usually are, most of saturday is going to be spent waiting for reset. Why are you splitting our weekend in half? Who came up with this stupid idea???

Honestly dude, there is no evidence of them intentionally exploiting. Kazo kittening loves to Ktrain so ofc they’re gonna be in golems 24/7 and if there is a bug with that golem buff staying on after said person hops out of golem then there is a higher chance of it happening to them.
As far as I can see, I don’t see any proof of them intentionally doing it, just that the buff is there.
I’ve seen videos of golems using ice bows and killing an entire zerg in 1 ice bow 4, another bug.
Another bug is golem duping, thats back too during this week.
Thats a good idea, but if its dropped from tower+keep lords, all there is going to be is KTrain. But if its dropped from players, there are just going to be people who stand in OS naked killing eachother over and over again..like some people did in EU to get a fake Ultimate Dominator.

Disclaimer 2: It were only 1 mesmer atacking me, i checked damage logs. You can notice i checked damage logs right after the stomp, i couldnt believe in what i just saw.
Oh look, a ranger complaining b/c he can’t just press 1+2 to win…how disappointing. I’m sure everyone agrees that a build that presses 1+2 has to beat all other builds……..
Also at :07s any good player would have instantly dodge rolled once they saw that clone appear next to them. So don’t complain b/c you weren’t good enough to react to that, then call a build broke.
Also, play with your FoV further out, woulda helped you there.

The minor trait “Thick Skin” in the defense line is bugged/broke. It only gives 20 toughness instead of 120. This occus in PvE, sPvP, WvW and does not matter whether you are in/out of combat.
Can it be watched now though? I’d like to watch/listen to it.

my god nothing is happening in that whole vid? I stopped about 3 quarters all they did was a typical eotm train, now with more pve in it……
FacePalm You DO realize that the forces on the opposing 2 servers logged out or transferred to the server we were on b/c we were wiping them at the start. This is a stress test, this map would have been played 100% differently once it comes out and is available to everyone.

I really don’t understand the idea behind removing a map and having 3 copies of a new map.
First of all the new map has too much ground to cover for the current server population. Second of all, 3 version of the same map just seems like a less than ideal solution to the WvW server balance problem.
I would recommend the following:
1- Remove EotM from it’s current karma farm system
2- Have 4 WvW maps: EBG, Alpine BL, Desert BL, EotM
3- Bring back the Orb to the Alpine BL map, make it so that a server that has the Orb for over 24 hours gain control of the citadel.
4- Make it so that Server are all merged on an 3-Alliances based system. Create overflows every week according to the world population of the previous week, let people have a main overflow, and guest to other overflows when their overflow is full, with a penalty to XP or loot.
5- Make the matches best out of 7 days, with a winner and reward every daily reset. For example if servers are tied 2-2-2 the last day would be a really intense fight to win. Each day should be also divided in smaller four-hours long matches (without keep upgrade resetting); In case of a draw the server with the most player kills should win.
6- Every map should have a mechanic that has repercussions on another map.A new system similar to what I propose would guarantee both map variety, server balance, player involvement in the scoring mechanic and a fight intensity that increase as the week progresses.
That said, everything about the new map looks amazing.

I 100% disagree with you there, I don’t understand how you can think that? Especially with so many new+returning players now and when the expansion comes out. Unless you play in T7-9 that statement shouldn’t apply. If you are concerned about WvW then you should move to a server in a higher tier with a larger population to support WvW play.

Ummm…. 3 of the same maps was never a solution to WvW, it is originally how its been. Having 3 separate maps for each borderland would be a terrible idea.
They won’t bring back the orbs b/c they have new maps. The new maps are kittening INSANE, much better than the alpine maps.. The new map actually does help servers with low population b/c it encourages more forces instead of just 1 blob.
Your 4th point, not even gonna comment on b/c that is just ridiculous.
Same with the 5th point.

Yes, lots of Guild Leaders of WvW guilds and commanders got into the beta, thanks to Reya. I don’t know who the other streamers got in but I presume that they do play WvW.
Yeah EU is different from NA, but that does not mean that EU players’ opinions should be cast aside. They will be playing on this map once it comes out, just like NA.
Each side had equal numbers, not our fault we wiped the other two forces over and over and they logged out….
