Could anyone tell me whether I can play the previous living event starting in Season 3?
Or only the current?

(Also, I quit somewhere during Dry Top, can I still play those? Do I have to pay for them?)

I think Phlunt is an interesting and well played out character. :-)

I had a lot of fun with this fight although I died a few times. Loved the shadow of the dragon, came unexpected. :-D

I agree with the op, I get the daily without paying attention to it and I favor the suggestion.
I would als like daily events or questchains.

I’ve gone through 367 Elder Wood logs now. Haven’t seen one. I’m convinced RNG hates me.

But honestly I’m not too upset about it. Sure I’d love to finish the backpiece. But I still have a week on making the foodstuffs and at the same time its a permanent drop from the high tier tree nodes so its not too terrible I suppose…

Dry Top doesn’t have the big zergs we had last year.. and were quite fun imo.
I also find it a pity, but I’ll just keep doing events in Dry Top.

Are you doing damage? At certain points Rytlock will say he needs to charge Sohothin by killing ghosts. As the NPCs have about 0 dps you need to detarget the boss and kill some of the trash or you’re gonna be waiting a long time. The boss will take 0 damage until Rytlock starts hitting it again.

It’s back to the existing events in Dry Top.

I keep fighting off menders but the statue is stuck at 25 %, I just can’t do both :o
been at the fight for 20 min now and sick of it.

Reminds me if the time Lotro had an expansion, of Dunland and my mother suddenly went into a coma and died 10 days later at age 58.
It may sound odd but that game kept me from going crazy.
This way I had something to keep myself occupied with because I couldn’t think of her all the time.

I’ve not had such a period in GW2 luckily.
But gaming can be a great way to escape reality when needed.

I log in to do the new events (dry top at the moment), and several world bosses.
In the meanwhile I finish my daily.
If I have time left I also go gathering in several areas.
And sometimes pvp.
Unfortunately I completed the ps and world map and I don’t care much for alts :-)

Uhm I should hope it won’t take 4 months this break. It’s just getting good!

I have the last one now, I think it re-appeared, because I’m quite sure it wasn’t there the previous days ( in the oasis, above the pool ). If it was I must have been blind… but I’m just happy now that I finished the achievement

I know several people who got 30/30 yesterday, after the most recent patches.

I know it’s tedious, buy my recommendation is to revisit every coin location to make sure you got credit for it. Ideally, take a screen shot at each location. This does two things:

• It forces you to be systematic about both reaching the site and verifying it.
• If it turns out there is a bug, the 30 screens can be sent to support, giving the QA team the type of evidence they need to troubleshoot.

29/30 and I redid the tour of 30 coins, so 1 is bugged.

I did notice 1 that didn’t make the “sound” that you normally hear because I moved my character.

Oh and other maps don’t work, and waiting a day either

That’s actually a point that upsets me a lot. Not a single NPC can be found taking note of those vines – the first time I spawned and saw this huge shadow to my feet I was like “EEK, the hell is that?!”, but not a single character can be found commenting on what’s happening. :|

Perhaps in the following days :-)
