First Cof since 26 hours, finished in 39 minutes: 30 tokens.
The day before: 30 tokens.
First day of patch: 30 tokens.
I start to see a pattern there ^^
Since there is no ETA on a fix I assume that the devs haven’t been able to nail the error yet.
Can we help?
It’s…..beautiful!
Robert Hrouda is delusional, or a liar.
Uncalled for and unnecessary plus it is not helping the debate a bit.
Dude, we are in the lucky situation that the people who can actually do anything about bad/buggy situations take some time to answer our complaints and discuss them.
Am I affected by the bug? Yes.
Do I like his answers particularly? No.
Do I think RH needs a new pocket calculator tool on his box because the current is faulty? Yes.
Still there is absolutely no reason I need to resort to throwing kitten.
Experience from just now:
CoF 2nd path – Cleared in 50 minutes, first run since about 30 hours, got 30 tokens.
Other party members got everything from 20 to 60 tokens.
Hm, I just received 30 tokens as well and was the 4th player invited to the party. However the fifth player who was invited got the full reward.

Did my first run today with any char and got 30 tokens o.O
Anet devs need a pocket calculator.
My guildie asked me to help him with the “into the heart of Orr” personal story quest.
I went down to Malchor, we grouped but the game never offered me the opportunity to enter his quest-instance, no matter what we tried (relogging, being in the same spot, being somewhere else, etc.)
Looks like a rather severe bug with the grouping.
OP is right.
Did the Arah story mode again yesterday with my guildies and the disappointment on the last fight produces more sad pandas depression than seeing Chinese people eat kittens.

Giving more tokens or reducing the price is unfair to those people who already played dozens of dungeons and maybe even bought gear for those tokens.
And not doing it is unfair to the game because it makes one of the more repeatable content types feel like more of a grind than it needs to. We weren’t going to release a perfect game, and can’t let things live this stop us from improving the experience for the majority of the players.

Thanks for listening to the playerbase and for interpreting your metrics right
Making dungeons more rewarding is the thing to do, plus some fine tuning to trash and bosses.
Independant of the change itself this shows that the devs are able to look at the facts and act correspondingly instead of stubbornly insisting that they got it right and the players have no clue. Quite unlike the last mmo I played.
