We’re atm just stuck on the decorator, in order to lvl scribe the most efficient way. You need so much sandpaper (read so much sand) and oil which eats up all the budget and resources I have to lvl my scribe, even with the combined guild effort (we aren’t a big guild). (and ty for the offer to lvl in your guild hall but it seems like a bit of waste to spend 700ish gold and you can’t even use the items you made in your own guild/GH)
But to stay on topic, I agree with most people here, sand, oil, insane amounts of wood and the silvers are the biggest bottleneck. I really like the fact that you need to do guild missions for the silvers but if you’re a bit unlucky in the rewards and in a smaller guild (so not able to do all the harder missions) you can make one whole blotting powder a week.
The pigments aren’t that hard to come by for me, by incorperating potatoes etc in my daily farm routine.
Needless to say I can’t wait for the update to come so we can finally put some nice statues in the guild hall
I crafted a keg decoration today. All the ingredients were used, I got some xp, but no keg decoration.
I checked my inventory, the chat log (didn’t receive an item), I was representing my guild and there was nothing in the guild decoration storage.
Kinda annoying bug since it costed me a 5 gold and 20 crystalline ore in baskets alone.
Last night I finally reached Dragon’s Stand and I was happy to find an active map with so many exciting events. The build up and fights were really awesome. I was just very disappointed when after we failed we didn’t get as much as a participation chest like in the previous maps.
I don’t know if this is intended or not, but we spend the last 45 minutes defending points with no XP or loot (since enemies keep spawning so that isn’t suprising), but to get nothing at the end of this is a bit of a let down. Also people started leaving halfway in the fight, which is to be expected if you don’t get any rewards, but it didn’t help succeeding in the event.
I’m not asking for much but in the previous maps you at least got some personal reward for participating and some xp. This would at least give some recognition to the fact that we fought for 2 hours straight and give some incentive not to give up to quickly.
Issue: The flaps on the Vigil medium chest armor make a weird angle around the right knee, visible from every angle, while standing still and while moving.
No this is bad my friend, this is what plagues WvW as we speak.
If someone wants the dungeon set he needs to part from WvW for days (or like a day if you have alts like me).
I should know, i have 2 fully geared in Arah, 2 in full SE and 1 in CoF. I can post pics if you want.
I had fun doing that, but i have more fun WvWing.
And i would probably not like to go back to PvE if my needs dont drag me there, and i dont like that.
You can see in the WvW forums about people complaining about needing badges for a legendary, imagine if sweet new armor showed its head as a WvW exclusive.
Our and their goal should be to strive for everyones happiness.
I don’t know if you realise that PvE players need to grind or do stuff they enjoy less sometimes as well for the armor or weapons they want. I know it’s still PvE, but who enjoys farming Charged Lodestones for days on end really?
