Hey guys. A couple of weeks ago in an unbalanced matchup against Borlis Pass, SBI decided to gamble on some fun and put up a bounty to build a waypoint in the BP Garrison. It ended up being a great deal of fun, and very challenging for SBI and BP.
Because this match up is… what it is… we are looking at doing something similar this week to help balance the match up and breathe some life into WvW. I believe this bounty will be extremely challenging for SBI and offer both Kaineng and Yak’s Bend some great opportunities for fights, and the potential for a very large payout.

Keep at it, Darkhaven! It sounds like they are rolling over for you. I’m sure you’ll get those guild transfers after you help BP to succeed at failing to win this matchup. Start recruiting on the BP forums.
(Yes, I’m trolling, and I’m glad that at least Zara got a kick out of it. I don’t think anyone really cares about the outcome, given the uncertainty of WvW’s future. Just come fight at ruins and have fun, kitten .)

Darkhaven, there is still time for you to take second place away from BP. The spirit of BP has broken, and they have utterly imploded from the infighting. They are snapping like cornered prey. It is up to you to usher them toward a complete meltdown, and I’m confident that SBI will assist you in this effort. Soldier on. The collapse is imminent.

Hey thanks BP! We were working really hard to keep supply out of there, and keeping damage going as many places on the keep as possible. It was a really good hold that you put up through the evening, and we were also concerned about that waypoint. If it was your birthday, I’m sorry – that’s just too big a present. But great fights, and WOW – whoever was on that mortar taking out our trebs… give that person a bonus!

We don’t glitch into your keeps. We do however use mesmers to portal into them. Especially Bay as it has some awesome hiding places. Sweep better, accuse less. Incidentally, this glitch you are accusing us was fixed by Anet some time ago. You should probably also read patch notes before accusing people of things too.

I hate to be the one to remind you of this, but FTF got rolled by KWBH outside of SBI Garrison. That in itself is nothing; it happens all the time. What’s interesting is that it was our training night, 1/3 of the group was uplevels who’d never been in WvW before, and not a single one of us was wearing armor. But the best part is that after some of you ran away from us and into Garrison, you built arrow carts and began firing on us. I don’t know how you can be this bad, and still come to the forums with a claim that no other guild has challenged you. The only way for us to make it more challenging would be to unequip our weapons as well. Let me know if you’re interested so we can record that one too.

Best you could do is split the difference in points, and that is not enough to get you into the lead. You can break your teeth on CD BL all day. No one is making alliances. You can either be smart, and take advantage where you can, or you can be… yourself.

BP has to start playing smarter. Ehmry’s BL is 100% paper, and you’re still in CD BL for some reason. You won’t close the gap with Ehmry by sharing CD with them, and you’ll just make CD attack you again. Go attack Ehmry. Right now, while it’s paper. Put points on the board. We want you to beat them, but YOU still have to do it. We can only do so much.

BP, great defense of your Bay for the past… what seems like 3 hours.

Just want to thank those who helped in the wee hours to paint our borderland mostly red again. I appreciated the quaggan company and the regular company. We got a lot of work done in less than ideal situations, wiped out larger groups in open field, saved bay when the keep lord was already down, and made me proud to be a CD Warrior. Hi everyone. Once upon a time when I was working on map completion, I came upon a cave that was full of either champions or veterans. To run in would be suicide. To complete the mission, you had to transform into something, and for some reason I think it was a rabbit. You then had to collect some things, and give them to the woman outside.
For the life of me, I cannot find this cave again and have been walking around for hours trying to find it. If you know what I’m talking about, please let me know where this is again.

first of all, Good job for reporting and spotting bots. Second, the bots don’t get ban in daily basic they get ban in a "mass ". so for when they do these mass not sure weekly?.

The problem with that tactic is that it allows time for the perpetrator to sell, use, or ship their ill-gotten goods and skew the economy. By the time the user or account is banned, the goods are already consumed.

My guild is moving to another server very soon. That means I need to generate enough revenue to finance the gems for this move. My primary source of income for this trip is hunting and gathering T6 materials in Orr.

When someone is bot farming for days on end, it has the unpleasant side effect of lowering the value of the very items I’m attempting to sell, making my task more difficult.

This reason for this post (and my confusion) is the in-game feature. When I reported this behavior, the message I received was “Reporting a player for botting sends a notification to the GM team.” Naturally I assumed that meant some action would be taken by whomever is reading these notifications. It’s the message itself that’s deceiving, as it seems to indicate a more immediate response.

In the code of conduct, I agreed to share my knowledge. Here is what I know.

There is a guy who has been bot farming in Cursed Shore for 3 solid days. Name begins with W, ends with d. You’ll know him when you see him for the 400th time around the loop.

This is not an accusation. I am reporting what I have observed, and if you disagree, you can log into Eradon Terrace, head to Meddler’s Waypoint, step just outside and make the same observation yourself.

I have reported it in-game several times. Still he is there. Not a single GM could take a look in that amount of time?

Haha – okay. I just reviewed with my wife. She said “I don’t know what those numbers do. When I’m dead I’m pressing everything frantically.” So it sounds like Vengeance is the problem. I’m resolving it by prying the “3” key off her keyboard.

Thanks for the information. I am unable to find the log that you speak of. Can you be more specific about its location? A search of the Internet and wiki refer to the log, but I haven’t found a way to view / access it.

The character that has been instantly dying is a level 24 warrior. I do not believe she is using vengeance. How would we be able to tell? (If you haven’t noticed, we’re noobs).

Hello.
Twice in the past two days, my wife’s character has suddenly died. We were in combat and I revived her during “last stand”. She got back up and we continued for another minute or so, and then she instantly died. There were no mobs around that we could determine and were walking on a mostly featureless flat area.
When this happens, she doesn’t go back into "last stand’. She is instantly dead with no explanation from almost full health.
Is there a way to determine what happened in these cases? Is there a way to see (a log, for example) what has killed you?
This is very frustrating because we aren’t able to figure out why this is happening.
I searched the forums but couldn’t find any similar topic, so I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere. We’d be grateful for any suggestions or advice. Thank you very much!
