A friend and I were arguing the other day after seeing boots video about off meta condi guard for raiding, about a condi elite spec for guard.

What if axe(or any new weapon) only did burning and with small durations but the weapon mastery trait increased condi dmg on only weapon skills, not class wide, upwards of 30 or 40%. this would allow it to fall it to fall into place with other condi specs without a whole rework to the entire class and the basic function of virtue of justice. this would also encourage use of the new weapon over a hybrid scepter torch build. i think it would also work in pvp instead of being sustained condi it build its a spike condi build. we never really got into specific skills so can’t defend that particular part of the idea.

Does anyone know if the herald trait “Harmonize Continuity” would trigger the Tempest sigil 6 ability-heal allies when you break a stun-no icd-for each of the ally breaks as well?

I’m not picky i just want to be able to efficiently run fractals and not get stuck waiting when one person leaves cause the group isn’t perfect.

I tried to center the build around life blast and might with some conditions and survivability.

This is my first time truly going for a certain type of character

i did something similar a bit earlier that worked well in fractals and wanted to modify it by giving it a little more defensive capabilities. so any pointers i could get would be nice.

just and idea that i got from this thread, and i don’t know what a raid dungeon is so bare with me.

Make a whole new map that players can enter (like crown pavilion) but make so that the door has to be opended by some event chain that reflects the impending dragon fight for a warm-up. once the door is open leave it open. give some time (10-15 min) for players to strategize and for other players to show up before the fight. during the fight leave the door open but once the fight is over if the players win let them explore the map. but if they lose the fight then do an immediate kick of every player from the fight map to outside area.

I think this would solve the problem of AFK-er’s and keep the element of fighting alongside Friends and strangers.

I don’t know how to fix the overflow and main problem but i thin this would be headed in the right direction.

Recently i was thinking LS is all about confronting scarlet. Is nothing else new happening in the world? Are no Asura’s creating new helpful inventions? i want some kind of peaceful, humorous sidetask to do instead of the main scarlet opposing content. Maybe we could turn Ascalon green again, or assist some crazy asura in their inventions, or jump into a charr gladitorial arena accepting new combatants. As many other forum lines suggest scarlet can get old and boring and grindy. I want something that makes the world feel like it doesn’t revolve around the current bad guy.

P.S. I liked Pre-Searing so i want some kind of charr-human initiative using sylvari plant magic and asuran tech to turn Ascalon green again.

i just finished the Temple of Lyssa event and i stopped to look at the karma merchant, i saw the medium rubicon armor and in the stats window it listed power, toughness, and vitality. when i bought it the stats were precision, vitality, and healing power. has this happened to anyone else
