Ok guessing was just different from what i am use to. I also just found out the masteries are account bound. Which makes effort more worth it to. I guess just need little explanation

Ok I know effort I have done map completion in GW2 4 times and Just because I am not full time PvE player doesn’t mean won’t put the effort in. I have 8 legendaries I know the struggles but my problem is the masteries. I love how people assumed you just wanted a shiniest of shinies but I don’t like the effort.

I taken up the challenge of making legendaries few times now. I decided I would try the one Shining Blade to add to my collection. This is my first HoT legendary and honestly never really did much in HoT. I was expecting it to be difficult and all course, everyone knows it’s not possible to turn back once you start a legendary. I didn’t realize I would have to max every mastery just to be able to obtain the unlocking of legendary gift which then need to spend 800 each map currency. I have to rank up 4 masteries to Max and I bearly done any of them. 2/6 or 2/5 max. I honestly think the requirement of max masteries to by gift is just outrageous. If your just getting back into HoT or just starting. If you been at the PvE content since lauch the struggle isn’t to bad. Max Mastries isn’t only thing outrageous to me. The map account bound oils and crystal and such you have to obtain 250 of by collecting. Not sure if I am only one kind dishearted but honestly I can grind threw legendary like the originals but they were lot more friendly on the amount of PvE and didn’t have weird mastery requirements. The material required for the HoT legendary feel is double the effort of the original legendaries. I think maybe anet asumed players been at it while and would have the materials required and makes since if you are active HoT PvEr but if your not oh your in for heck of ride. Reducing some masteries requirements and material possible?

Been at this the whole day with booster.Theres been no commanders in wvw =( Anet please make it available with badges because I have lot badges sitting there collecting!

Tips on reward track? I honestly really dislike WvW but how do get it done fast possible? I tired going in there and taking camps and I keep getting destroyed by huge groups on 4 man roaming group comes in and stacks 84 bleeding and destories me =(

I have been doing dailies and wiki says that you can get some from it in addition you have chance in the encryption key chests. I opened 100 and have not gotten any. Are the disabled or just that unlucky because my 2 other friends have not gotten any either.

I see what you all are saying, most people do main a single character too. I just enjoy being able to play everything. I guess I will just use the few shared inventory slots I have.

Would it be possible to suggest adding an item to the trading post unlocking shareable tool slots? I think it could work out nicely for the game and more profit.

Not sure if I am the only one but why don’t the tool’s slots just become account bound? If I am going to pay ~1000gems per unbreakable tool I would be much more happy knowing I can just hope on any character without switch it out and be able to use my tools. Suggestion because I feel ripped off…

In the case of the smokescale and bristleback unfortunately blind wont be effective since it multiple strikes

I have recently had some serious trouble when downed rangers. I down them and they end up interrupting me and thier pet just destroys me. I am using a blind field to prevent it but doesn’t do anything if they have a smokescale or bristleback. Also since rangers are able to use the f2 if stealth I will get revealed dew to taunt on ranger f2 pet activation.

Anytips?

My advice is you just go to meta battle in the link below. You don’t have to be any good to run the builds because lot them require you not even think about it! Good Luck!

On positive note if your player like me you make your own builds and play them. Play the game and even if you lose in pvp you still get rewarded with gold!

I am very close to giving up on The Ascension because the matchs are just terrible…any tips? I’ve played over 200 match and about 50 them are wins….I also never played other classes much and I really annoyed with people calling me newb get good as advice to get better.

These achievements need some serious work. It is not only boring as heck but if you aren’t a pvp player it takes you ages to finish 1. Some my friends have taken 1 month to complete 1 season teir of it because the ranked matching is horrible. I play decent amount of pvp and still run into the same problems being going on crazying losing speer. Maybe change it to rank and unranked games?

Just getting back into the game. Friend said I could obtain a Fractal Weapon Crate with 20 Pristine Fractal Relic but the vender doesn’t offer me it. I am personal level 60. Do I need mastery? I tried to a leave 50 fractal and then talking to the vender to but it still didn’t show up. Need some help here

Please, anyone can say “we beat you” but with out video I don’t believe it. You have low standers for your self if your just running main steam builds that do not require skill.

There any that anet came make commander tags account bound? I find lot of commanders having to switch characters and are bummed that the spend 100g for it be soul bound on character. Its lot easier to just pop you tag in need rather then having to roll to the character with the tag because by that time you could have lost time you need to rally and move out. I also understand that anet may run into the problem of refunding those with multiple commander tags on their account.

I noticed swords at lake and went to check it out, secs before took screen shot the guy was on ram running it, I guess they didn’t noticed the open wall =/

How to kite a zerg on a thief, i spend 30min running around map kiting people like boss!

Hey, though this would be best place to stay and ask. Firstly ive been doing fractals for 3 weeks like 1 day . I have not been getting many rare and some runs not ever rare,exotic. I havent gotten any ascend materials,fractal weapons and very very few rings. Id say 1 in 10 my runs i get something that not bad but not great. Ive been doing lvl 20 up to 38 and get same junk. Anyone else have problem with junk loot,chest,daily chest for lvl 20-38?

1. We were having dinner at Lake tower when DR entered without knocking. We told them to come back later…
2. But they would not listen. They were too many mouths to feed, yet they tried to push to the Lord’s table in the high tower.
3. Wave after wave, we convinced ‘the whole lot of them’ it was not very appropriate…
4. We escorted them to the door, and sent them on their way.
5. All the while, some DR were taking a nap at GoM spawn.

I dont like ARM. He leaves me feeling inadequate. Ill round a corner or out a door, and there is ARM fighting 4-5 people. I say to myself, I should help him. But then I have to stand and watch as he starts killing people. And I think, if i go in there, Ill get killed. Then ill be depressed and have to quit to eat a pint of ice cream and cry myself to sleep. So I just stand and watch. Or pretend like I had a wall somewhere to repair….

Unless I am running out of the keep and he is chain killing deers in the field and then Im all like, What an Idiot.

pve, lot more rewarding then wvw and you dont have drama about this class is op that class is op.

If your b****ing about being out numbered and gom running away or getting friends I recommend that you go back to PvE or PvP. There’s no way that you wont run into zerg when a server is siege. If you can only dual or 1v1 then wvw is NOT for you. WvW is for team work and because few gom are helping an allie because they want just kill you and move on so be it.
