There are many posts on the bug see below links. Issue seems to effect players with transmuted armor. They try and dye sections and the dye reverts to dye remover when they close the dye pallet. It’s been raised countless times and still no response even to say if its being looked at….Its been a good few months waiting for this to be fixed.

Anet never posts replies in the sticky thread section for art issues so posting again.

I think the poster above is correct. My armour is transmuted. Seems to be the running theme through most of these posts. Just searching this forum under dye remover it appears to not just be sky either. Have no idea how to link all the threads. Seems Anet only looks and deals with issues with large volume of replies.

Well we know what the problem is. Just how do you get Anet to actually do anything….

I have this issue on tier 3 human heavy armor. I try and dye the cloth parts sky dye but when I close dye pallet it reverts to dye remover. I’ve reported twice as a bug for a couple of months now. Nothing done to resolve. I don’t think Anet will resolve anytime soon……
