Transmuted legendaries received the most recent flavor update (for example, my transmuted Bolt now lists (lightning) damage), and they count for the achievement and the chest on the character select screen (I transmuted my Bolt before equipping it, and I didn’t have those before the April 30 update). They still say Transmuted instead of Legendary, but I think there’s a pretty good chance that the answer to question 2 is now yes, although of course that’s just a guess.

For the other question, maybe someone with a transmuted Sunrise or Twilight could check to see if they can put it into the MF with the other ingredients for Eternity.

No, I have a transmuted Sunrise and it’s still not able to be forged into Eternity.

Yes, something really does need to be done about this. I’ve seen Feanaro spending countless hours working towards acquiring this weapon only to see no added bonuses besides the greatsword skin itself. He helped me acquire Sunrise, which is an awesome weapon in itself, but what makes it even more special is the fact that you get those extra added effects. So for Eternity not to have any is really a great disappointment. Please fix devs!
