Is there any way to get this skin now? If not will it be possible in the future?
I kind of missed out on that update and now it’s the perfect item to complete my characters looks and no other headgear is even similar.
If you look closely you’ll see that all the guns in the game are front loaded, so there aren’t and shouldn’t be any casings. Also front loaded weapons take a long time to reload and you need to do it after each shot; from a gameplay perspective this would nerf all the guns into the ground, so they just fire magically fast for the sake of balance. This is a fantasy mmo – don’t expect to see the weapons behaving realistically.
Swap in elixir C then?
My Engineer. Probably gonna change my top.
What chest piece is that?
My Asura Elementalist is called Shrike Daemonslayer.
However being a glass cannon i should have named him Shrike Diesalot.
I kinda like it, but it’s not entirely lore friendly so – 7/10
I thought up a new one (and reserved it) – Geexx
Not all Asura are geniuses. If you look around you’ll see Asura dock workers, miners, soldiers, peacekeepers, krew assistants etc. Being smart for Asura is like being physically fit for humans. Kids laugh at and often beat up weaker kids. Grown ups look at those perfect figures of movie stars in envy. Yet we (well, most of us) don’t laugh at and insult people with a disability. So, I guess, the same principle applies to Asura when it comes to intelligence.
Then use a healing turret. Drop the turret and detonate it once it sprays the water, it will combo for an additional heal. Also use the toolbelt skill and combo it with the shield 4 or other blast finisher.
Both lore friendly and cool sounding

Float like a guardian, sting like a necromancer aaaaaaaaaaaah rumble nerfed engy rumble aaaaaaaaaaaaah! – Muhammad Anet
I like to think of it this way.
Elementalists can choose between multiple builds which give them access to any role.
Engineers have access to multiple roles for one build.
(hope this makes sense)
Both are still versatile but in different ways.
Actually engineers need to spec heavily into one tree and have certain gear to make certains kits viable.
Basically, engineers can mimic any class to a certain extent, whereas elementalists can play as damage, support or control but in their own way.
Leveling an elementalist now, feels really good, being able to adapt to a situation quickly. Tis what I wanted from the engineer, what i understood from the description of the class, I guess I was wrong. I’ll still be playing my engi sometimes for fun and for the steampunk feel.
My game is constantly crashing. However earlier file check would run after every crash and then download some files fixing crashes for several days or weeks. But now it won’t start and I can’t find any manual way to start it. Is there a way to start it or should I re-download the game?
That is cute, spoken like a true Asura. You seem to have a vivid imagination but again this is common amongst Asuran kind.
However the truth of the matter is that the Charr war machine can not be matched in any way, shape or form, there is no argument. The sheer resources, the man power, the iron and steel and the unwavering determination and strength of the Charr as a people has helped them prevail against all foes and has put them on top of the food chain, this is furthermore bolstered by the example as seen in this thread that even your adorable race of tiny geniuses are yet to come up with your own version of reliable portable turret technology that can out-perform our fool proof design.
While Asuran technology is very impressive at times, when it comes to practical application… well let’s just say that it continues to really shine brightest in it’s theory stage.
The Charr may have superior military technology, but they have next to nothing in other areas and the Asura are the exact opposite. This is because the Charr have been fighting in wars for more than a thousand years and the Asura have never been in a war and they aren’t planning to be in one, so they have no reason to try and surpass the Charr military tech.
Charr military is the strongest right now and the Asura aren’t going to challenge them. The Asuran peacekeepers are there to protect Rata Sum not to attack others, so are the Golems. This is because the Asura do not believe in conquering the world through strength, but through knowledge.
Also, the Charr race is very stubborn and this has saved them from extinction, but because of their stubborn nature they refuse to use magic, they are giving up a very powerful resource because of events long passed. The Asura don’t have this problem, if the resource is valuable (like Charr military technology) they will use it.
Lastly, Asura tech isn’t just good in theory, just look at Rata Sum and be amazed, for your dirty little death star will never be able to match it :P
I view engineers of other races than Charr as someone who saw the potential of Charr military technology, who got their hands on said technology and adopted it for use with members of their own race, Asura included. So it’s not that strange that every race engineer uses Charr technology.
