I would like to join a Guild to play with others when i play. I’m very casual player (family, work, RL stuff) so i can’t join super active/hardcore playing guild.

I mostly do PVE and WvW and once in a while SPvP. I always try to setup my characters with optimized gear and skill (but i like testing stuff too) No Ascended (sadly) i hate farming over and over again…

Body: I’m 28 and have been playing GT2 for just over 3 years. I have been a part of small casual guilds that never really did anything, but now I am looking for a guild where I can participate more. I am pretty experienced with most PvE content (world bosses, dungeons, HoT maps) , and I have spent some time doing WvW and PvP. I don’t mind teaching others so I don’t mind a guild with new players. I’ve just been playing solo for a few months so I have mostly been running world boss train and exploring the new HoT content. It is starting to get a little boring though on my own and I would like to have a group where I could join up with others whether its mapping, doing a dungeon run, HoT meta map, or PvP/WvW. I have not done any raiding yet through. My main is a warrior with fully ascended equipment, but I also have access to level 80 theif, ele, guardian and revenant.

So the Friday before this weekend I downloaded GW2. I hit level 80 like Tuesday (was pretty sick that weekend so literally all I could do was play GW)

I have met a few really great people that are the type that as soon as we get on we’re in a party doing whatever, but I was looking for a couple more people to befriend.

It doesn’t really matter to me whether you’re a guy or a girl, but just have a good sense of humour and we can just talk or do fractals or whatever. I don’t know a ton about the game since I’m new though.

Please scrape DBL. No population during peak NA times for the lower tiers. Plus once you get your BL the annoying PvE event in the middle takes away all your progress unless you guard it at all times. Most of the server just stays in EB.

Had you read that thread you would have seen that multiple people stated that their guilds and themselves were not leaving. No hard feelings to the ones that did leave but while they are a significant chunk of the wvw population they are not everyone

Meh, around this time there isn’t much we can do against those oceanics that you guys have gained. If you continue pulling those kinds of numbers, then most likely its going to be a match for second place between us and DR

You honestly think AR is winning because we got transfers from other servers? Only about 10 people from ZERO transferred (the rest don’t have enough gold to transfer back to AR from BG). We also lost a guild called shhh. You guys double teamed us on reset night with DR and only manage to gain a wopping 15k lead over us in the first few days. We are winning because AR is determined to win and because we have competent commanders and guilds with superior tactics/strategy.

One final word for that Bemo char commander who keeps showing up late to save a fully fortified and fully supplied keep: Try stacking your zerg before engagements. If you do this one simple step, then you wouldn’t be charging into an Anvil Rock zerg by yourself lol.

This will turn our bronze league oceanic force into a tough time for many enemy bronze league forces. Again things are looking good here in anvil rock. Weekday forces are almost on par with our weekend force.

Gotta love the smack talk. I was watching youtube when you took Gari with your 60 man oceanic/pug group so I cant really see orange swords while Im not in the game. Someone on ts said ar in lords and I rushed on over with the people in my party if you call that a zerg then you might want to look up what zerg actually means. Make that Gate of Madness is a NA server and people get off at 1am or earlier during weekdays. Our bl crew went to bed and I was trying to go to bed. I rushed in to see how many you had since you claim you only have 10 people at oceanic time. But grats on getting an empty gari. The 30 that I had with me went to bed and I was looking for someone to get on and take over but seeing as we have no oceanic commanders or guilds. I just stay up to watch ar wipe our map and then went back to youtube. I do have to say I love the 8 superior rams on inner and outer gari. 800 supplies. We may look like a big WvW server and we are listed as a very high population but during the week its only the core GoM WvWer’s that stay on. Once we lose 1st all the pve players leave and you see what GoM really is. Sad thing is even if I would of defended it with my “zerg” then it would of been lost in the morning. Seeing as how we have nobody on during the hours of 6am till 3pm est. I was watching our point tick at work. Yeah the BeMo commander with a slow response because Im away and you can ask any GoM player on that I stay up crazy hours because no GoM commander will show up to take over for me. Our small “zerg” of 4 just ended up going to bed or watching youtube while in game. We were having fun watching ar wipe our map while we danced at north camp. We even put a challenge out to Allergic to Grapes to come for a fight and he was to afraid. Messaging me back to stop picking on him. Our small “zerg” just danced the night away waiting for the 60 man ar group to come fight but they never came. Makes me sad. Guess that’s why GoM is Madness.

I love Gate of Madness and I play whether we win or lose in WvW. I have been on the server since pre-launch. We have suffered a lot from the big WvW only guilds leaving but we stuck together as a server and we have a commander workshop and we train new players for WvW. We want WvW to be fun and we love our cupcakes.
