I dont think it is bad but stupid.
The purpose of this restriction is to not have unprepared players in ranked and such farming is made by players who knows what to do and how to play pvp. They want just play with they alts.
Game need to have some another more logical restriction not based on farming.

The lost dont apply decay if you were 4 or less. But yesterday we had in team one disconect, so we played app 2 mins 4v5 and in the end we won, but the one who had dc told us that he lost ranking even he came back.

My sPvP build with this is no problem for me do allways 100-200 points. I have tried many setups but this suit me most. The problems are only thiefs but who dont have problems with thems.
