Can’t lose with Charr.

Looks like you got tons of requests, but if you got the time here’s my Charr character, Gromlaw Blazehide.

This is my charr Gromlaw Blazehide. Be free with doing whatever you want with him! haha would just like to see what you can do with him (i know you mentioned that you’re not a fan of charr anatomy), but if you got time then take a shot at it!

Unlike Tengu who don’t have a starting area (Wayfarer Foothills for example), they just have a city-type place. So the Kodan do have a higher chance of being playable, which I hope will come to fruition soon and learn more about them.

I highly doubt the Kodan have a higher chance of being playable over the Tengu. First you got a lot of similarities between the Kodan and the Norn, making the Tengu a much different race from the five we have to choose from now. And the Tengu do have more than a city place. They have to the south-east of Kessex Hills their “city-type place” of Dominion of Winds. And then if you notice, there’s a large area (blurred on the map and that we still can’t explore) big enough to be a zone that is situated right between Kessex Hills and Lion’s Arch, which could definitely be the Tengu’s early starting zone.

Though don’t get me wrong, I also think the Kodan are an amazing race. I’d be fine with them being added as a playable race, just don’t think it’l happen before the Tengu.

I was running around exploring the Harathi Hinterlands and found in the far top left corner of the map (past the bridge at Seraph’s landing) a small gate in the mountains, the area discovered named: The Feral Dens. And it shows a small area inside, but that I cannot reach. Any idea what it is and how to get inside?

The destroyers are all spawned underground, and its said that when they spawn they can imitate other beings. So when spawned, some destroyers may take on the form of harpies, crablings, trolls, etc. I’ve never heard of them being able to corrupt other lifeforms and turn them into destroyers.

Yeah every Tengu you find says that this either leads into the Dominion of Winds or this is the Dominion of Winds. But I do agree with Sophistici that it could be just another portion of their lands and that it all goes under the banner of “The Dominion of Winds”.

I agree with this, When I first read of Divinity’s Reach in the Novel I imagined a vibrant city full of people from all around Tyria (That is the World “Tyria” not the continent). When I joined the Game I realised that this was not the case, It is very Ascalonian with little people from other nations.

Divinity’s Reach was supposed to have neighbourhoods/ghettos of various humans races, ex: Ascalonians, Krytans, Canthans and such, but it hasnt turned out that way in-game.

Though, if you were looking for more of that “World of Tyria” feel, then Lion’s Arch has much more of that, mixing different human races with all of the races of the World of Tyria.

I went back and talked to the Tengu there at the gate; and all he says is that this “is their dwelling, the Dominion of Winds”.
So it either could be

1) Odd developer error
2) Or all the tengu lands are under the name of the “Dominion of Winds”
3) Dominion of Winds is a lot larger than previously mentioned or told.

The Dominion of Winds (the sanctuary of the tengu) is said to be founded on the island of Sanctum Cay. But, when exploring Lion’s Arch you find a gate in the south-west corner of the map being garded by Tengu. The gate is of the same make/design as the rest of the Dominion of Winds wall, yet that would mean that the Dominion of Winds reaches far past Sanctum Cay and all the way to Lion’s Arch. If you look at the map, theres a large blurred area between Kessex Hills and Lion’s Arch, does this indicate that this is all walled in as well?

Cause the Dominion of Winds was supposed to be only a walled sanctuary on the “island” of Sanctum Cay.

I coulda sworn I read in Destiny’s Edge that he had some sort of spell or that Jennah has some sort of aura about her that had him drawn to her, as in it wasnt so much his own choice.
