Hi ever since you implanted the new patch i have been getting frequent disconnects like every 5 to 10 minutes the game is completely unplayable for me right now because if i try to the the story/events/WvW/dungeons i get a d/c.
It only happens for a second or two and puts me in charater creation screen i log back in same thing happens again so i was wondering is there any solution/fix and does anybody else have this problem?Error number:7:11:3:189:101
Edit:It only happens whit gw2 i have played some other MMOs to check if the same thing happens but i only get it in gw2
Same thing happening to me, im not playing until these major issues are fixed. i cannot enjoy the game at all.
I get blackscreens on character select and randomly while playing. Im sick of this, im done with this game.
I constantly get DC’d with a seemingly random variety of error codes. 7, 14, 3202, 58 are the main ones. I have followed the instruction provided on the site: changing my target location info on shortcut, port forwarding, changing my firewall setting, and even going as far as completely turning off my antivirus/firewall while playing (I know, but I also run malware programs to ensure my system is clean…it is) This is really getting very frustrating. It sucked to get to the end of a dungeon run only to DC at final boss and not get credit, but it is driving me insane for Fractals. I have only gotten past the 1st level even though I have over 50 tokens. Is there any advice/information I am missing. I don’t think it is my internet connection since every other device connected continues to run smoothly.

I’m having frequent disconnects as well, whenever i use waypoints, when i try to log in, going into dungeons. Anytime there is a loading screen i could get disconnected at any point. I’ve stopped playing altogether, i give up.
Just got a blackscreen trying to enjoy wvw, im done. Im not playing this until anet decides to fix these major issues. How do I know the issue is on anet’s side? Because this is the only game I have these issues with.
Whats the point of me even trying these? I get a random black screen like i frequently do and i cant rejoin the same fractal my guild is in. I get a random disconnect and its the same thing. Maybe you should hire more people to actually fix these problems and not ignore them seeing the amount of forum posts related to black screens/blue screens and random disconnects. Im considering stopping playing the game until this is resolved. Im tired of alt tabbing and reopening the game and having to relog constantly.
So Anet has nothing to say? Can you guys at least say you are working on a fix? I get 10 plus black screens a day sometimes. Gets annoying when you’re trying to do a dungeon or anything.
Even if I dye all my gear the same color the chest piece is a lighter color than the rest of the gear. Anyone else have dyed all their armor the same color and have some pieces look different?

That looks like a pretty significant overclock, so I imagine you did some research to get it stable. What did you adjust your motherboard voltages to? Did you also adjust the power to the video card? What did you set that to?
GW2 is a power-hungry game, and that much of an overclock will require even more power. What power supply do you use? Are you sure it’s up to the task?
Yeah its been really stable. Offhand i don’t know what the voltages are for the motherboard I have to check. The Power supply I have is the Antec High Current 900w 80 Plus Bronze. The power to the card is stock, if thats an issue i would have to increase it in precision to see if that helps.
I would like for Anet to acknowledge that they are aware of the issue and that a fix is in the works. Is this something being worked on for a near future patch? I get almost 10 black screens a day.

It doesn’t overheat, drivers are up to date, this is the only game I have frequent black screens and disconnects(but that is another problem, id like to focus on one at a time) No I’m not going to take off the overclock, i shouldn’t have to do any major tweaks to make a game work and not have it crash for no reason.
They had me change some options around for my NVIDIA card and also in game (when it loaded), as well as disabling all startup programs to see if it helped things. None of it helped, so they said sorry and that I really should upgrade to a 64-bit OS because he says that would get rid of my issue for sure.
I’m debating just installing windows 7 on this harddrive but then I would lose everything I have. I’d rather back up my stuff somewhere first ya know?
Sorry but upgrading to a 64bit Os will not help you with the issue. I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and i still get frequent black screens.

After yesterdays patches, I am getting frequent black screens and network errors/disconnects – sometimes it will crash minutes after logging in, sometimes it will last the better part of an hour before crashing. I have added the -testVerticalFoV flag to my launcher shortcut, but nothing else has changed. In every case force closing (Alt-F4) the client allows it to relaunch and run normally.
Any idea where I can look to determine what might be going on?
Having the same problem today and I am more than pissed off. This is like playing a game in alpha with so many frequent errors. Yes I mad.
This is happening to me too. Third time its crashed, third time I’ve sent the error report and repaired. I’m also getting multiple connection issues after latest patches. Ive already opened all ports needed per the guide. Although i haven’t gotten any blackscreens anymore i think this is even worse and happens more often.
Lol, I too am soulless. That kid was annoying me as well.
