I am just guessing here because I am at work and don’t have the time to properly research this, but shouldn’t you be able to configure port forwarding to use another port? 8080 perhaps? I will look into this once I have time but maybe some greater mind than mine will see this post…
Where did you get your initial client from? I had this same exact issue earlier today, stuck at 0%, and all I did is redownload the client by going to guildwars2 website, login, then click my account in the top right. From there I clicked download game client. The new client downloaded and I just ran it from the download directory it defaulted to. It also may be worth noting (probably not) that when I also had this issue, I was running from the exe from the desktop, and it was because I transferred the client from another system…
Not sure if that helps, but also pertaining to the log info you posted from the old client, it is having permissions issues, be sure to run it as admin, try right-clicking the launcher, and click on run as admin…
