Is there a “gold standard” build for staff DD PvE?
If so, is the DPS on this Staff / staff build competitive with that one?
are there any karma vendors/ faction vendors/ specialty vendors/ etc that offer T1-4 crafting materials?
(or is the only option to farm mobs and pay gold thru the auction house?)
I had stacks of the stuff but I am realize I will need to purchase lots of materials from the AH to complete my set of ascended…(pricey).
Impacting Disruption is selected but :
neither the Hook strike knockdown nor the 1 sec daze from Steal are triggering the pulmonary impact. is this actually working for anyone?
The only obvious pulmonary impact I can seem to get is from Palm Strike.
