He knows all my email and password information and so changing them will not solve the problems…
I know I can not make this decisions but he has told me many times he wished he would not play this much games.

I know this can not be more odd but is there any ways for me to terminate my own account? My friend is playing my gw2 account but I feel like he has reached a point of addiction that I have to terminate my account to save him…

Hi,
I bought the lunatic outfit but i really dislike it. Is there a chance i got a refund for it. I literally request refund right after i bought it. Please dont say that they have preview function. Certainly, zoomed in window is very different than 3D dimensional model.

I submitted ticket but no one replied for days.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did. I submitted my first ticket 5 days ago and the second 3 days ago and havent heard anything from both. I feel so hopeless now because the longer it waits, the less likely they will be able to restore my account.
Last time I contacted support, it took about 2 hours but this time it is taking forever and ever.

Hi,

My account has been compromised and everything is gone. My characters are deleted. My gold are gone and my materials. I sent two ticket request about 5 days ago and so far, except the automatic message I have not heard a single thing.

Please help. I am desperate and depressed.
