Just looking for an NA guild that plays mainly around 5-10pm PST.
I haven’t played in a couple months, but am looking to get back into the game.
I used to be part of PVE Elite guilds and am looking for a similar guild. Nothing huge just a smaller guild that everyone is fine with playing casually elite

I don’t know anyone that uses this venom.
What if we were to change it to Fire Drake venom and give it a burning component so that condi thief in pve has some viability?

Was playing a game as a spirit ranger to see if it has any viability..
found out that if you have spirits on point the game acts as if your team isn’t on the point. Was me and 2 teammates on point (not in stealth). The enemy mesmer came on point decapped it and captured while my spirits were out and all 3 of us were on the point. It also happens if i destroy my spirit but the buffs prolong after…

Every time I go to quit the LS episode I’m doing; the game loses connection with the network and kicks me to character select screen. When I log back in the LS episode is still active

This trait could really help the damage output of engineers in dungeons/fractals IF it were an adept or master trait. As it stands grenadier and modified ammunition are two of the strongest dps increases for engi, neither are worth giving up for one mine every 2 seconds. I wouldn’t even mind bumping the cooldown up to 4 or 5 seconds to put it in the adept or master tree.
I really hope something will be done with this trait. It’s a very intriguing trait; but with no real potential, PvE wise.

That’s cool. I didn’t want to see what I was doing or who I was fighting anyway. As long as I have my lovely zerg with 30 commanders doing the train dance. Who needs the tower when I can spam my guardian staff #1 skill all day… Yay.

7/10. Pretty standard Necro look, nothing too original. Not a fan of the backpiece either as it kinda distracts from the mood. Love the weapons though!

okay… but my problem with it is that you’re losing quite a bit of power for just a higher critical chance, which with full berserkers, nourishment’s , and fury you already can hit around the 80-90% range…. so why take assassin’s?

As most of us know; magic find on gears will be removed. According to the article I read it said the the explorer’s set will be replaced by an assassin’s set (Precision, Power, and Critical Damage) while the traveler’s set will be replaced with a dire set (Condition Damage, Toughness, and Vitality).
My question is what you guy’s think of these new stat combo, because personally I feel no reason to craft the assassin’s set as we already have berserker’s, but I feel the dire set will be ridiculously powerful. I feel as though with the dire stat combo condition necro’s and condition warriors will start to steamroll with their already innate survivability.

$5 for 400 gems

Just wondering why we don’t have any $5 transactions. I sometimes find that i don’t need the full 800 gems and would have a much easier time spending 5 dollars here and there. Maybe there’s some transaction fee I don’t know about that would make them lose profit with this?
I don’t know.. I just find that i have 5 dollars hanging around more often than I do 10

I was doing a run of TA was in a party of two thieves, and engineer, a 61 mesmer and me (guardian).
We wipe on the greater wurm and one of thieves blame it on me for not sceptoring the aggro? I’m using the greatsword on the greater wurm like i usually do and have never had a problem with it till now.
Is there some role i’m supposed to do that i’ve never been aware of that has just recently come up?

The only one I really have a problem with is Jaegar.
While I like the idea of having them be mobile, they can’t be guarding in a 1200 radius as that would give the engineer a max of 2400 range… that’s insane.
Secondly, we can’t have a command option for turrets as both the necro and ranger community would start QQing.
I would say that if they become mobile we’d have to shorten the range of the rifle, net, and rocket turret and have them only guard around a 400-600 radius.

I like the idea of the mortar kit though and think they should make it a kit. Have us hold the mortar much like a Rocket Launcher. I also would like the idea of us having to implant ourselves for the cast time of the skills, but if traited we don’t need to implant ourselves. Just my 2 cents

Help build my engineer

So, I love the engineer class and I know how strong they can be with HGH and SD builds.
Personally I’m quite tired of using those two builds though and want to experiment with other builds.
Right now I’m wearing soldiers armor with ruby orbs and a mix of emerald trinkets and ruby jewels. I have about 3200 attack, 2600 armor, and 20k Health, however i still feel i’m rather squishy.
My traits are 30 0 10 10 20 (a little spread out I know). I’m using Rifle, Med Kit, Bomb Kit, Elixir gun, and Tool Kit.
I’m still rather squishy and feel as though i don’t pump out the damage I was hoping i would I have 34% crit chance with 48% crit damage.
If you all wanted to leave your ideas or critiques it’d much appreciated.

P.S. this is mainly what I use for wvw

Chilling Darkness and Plague Form

So I don’t know if this has already been discussed or not. I didn’t look too deeply into the forum; but I noticed last night, while farming in Orr, that if you have chilling darkness in your traits (which applies a 1 second chill each time you blind a foe) and are spamming the number 2 skill in your plague form (which applies blind and poison) your foes aren’t chilled.

I don’t know if this was intentional for the necro or what, but I’d like to know what’s going on with that or if this issue has even been brought up.
