I don’t think it was intentional at all. They wanted to provide enough information so players knew what to expect come patch day. What was your first reaction to the news that all unlocked dyes were going to be accountbound? Mine was, “Cool, now all my toons can share Abyss and Celestial dyes”, and my second thoughts were, “Did I just waste money buying 2 of the same dyes for different chars?! What happens to the dyes that were unlocked twice?” They just answered that portion of the question, and everyone and their grandmother decided to hop on the TP to take advantage of that. What should they have done? Not provide answers to questions that people will be asking and be flooded with hate for a few weeks or provide enough information so people know what to expect?

Eternity, Juggernaut & Bolt are my favorites so far.

Still need over 200 Silver Doubloons (crying inside), Precursor and T6 Materials. Have everything else.

But he has also dropped the prices of Crystalline Dust! Well, a teeny bit at least.

I remember when I played GW1 many years ago, that any event skins acquired from the Wintersday or Halloween event we could then bring it to one of the hat NPCs (forgot the exact name) and we would have allowed our alts to gain access to these hats just by speaking to the NPC and paying a small fee. There are a few meta-achievement skins I wish I could give to my alts but can’t and some I have accidentally deleted and would like back.

In addition, I know this may be a long shot, but I also would like to suggest armor skins purchased from the gemstore be available whenever and wherever, just like the Zenith skins after you’ve acquired enough achievement points. There are a few instances I’ve gotten rid of a few armor pieces I would love to get back and would not want to pay full price (~800 gems) for the full set just to get back that one armor piece.
