Just to add, this bug was introduced after the latest patch.

Legendary Dragon Stance: Fixed a bug so that active facets, besides Facet of Nature, will now immediately be removed when the player invokes another legend.

That probably introduced it.

I am having the same issue constantly, happens around every 1-5 minutes where all facets will turn off even at 50% upkeep.

Have been having this issue for more than 3 hours now…

I am still stuck.

I am still not able to join a next match. Still showing Match in progress for me.

The biggest slap in the face is actually your way of thinking. You bought a game 3 years ago, got Living story 1 and 2 for free, plus multiple updates and improvements. Now they are bringing out a new expansion, something we have all been asking for for ages, and you manage to complain about it. Some people will never be happy about anything.

Are the Gifts of Exploration still being sent out currently?

I am getting quite annoyed at the manner this is being dealt with.
It is taxing to keep updating my support ticket every 24 hours in hopes of an answer of any kind that does not contain some generic message that prances around the topic without really answering anything.

Right now I have been waiting since the 18th, this is extremely frustrating.

I have the same issue on my second character.
Finished world completion last night, and nothing.

I have even tried visiting every map again to make sure I collected all the reward chests, but the final reward chest still does not pop.
