Again, I’m not worried about the memory… I plan to get a new computer in a few months so I’m not trying to fix the memory.
All I’m seeing is that there is no way to stop this from repairing, if it does it again I’ll just do a full uninstall and reinstall.
Did you remove the memory? Afaik everytime you launch the game it checks your hardware and the dat file.
I have 4 sticks or ram, and no idea which one is bad, I’ve been crashing for a long time now, and it only started repairing itself after I told it to repair the first time (which it completed)
Was the latest crash have UAC turned off or on? Are you running the game as admin as well?(right click run as admin or check properties and run it as admin )
I always run the game as admin, and I’m not worried about the crashing, I know its because my computer has a bad stick of memory, I’m worried about getting the game to stop repairing itself.
Uploaded my crash log for all of my crashes, the latest crashes are at the bottom.

Try to disable UAC? then run the client.
No dice, started another repair, as well as started to redownload files.
I repaired my client once to fix some problems with crashing, it reinstalled the ENTIRE game, and it didn’t fix the crashing.
The problem now is that it doesn’t want to stop repairing itself, AND reinstalling the entire game every time I start the launcher.
Yes I have removed the “-repair” from the command line.
Is there any way to fix this other then deleting the entire game and reinstalling for a 3rd time?
Change the third skill into a pull/root chain skill.
Change Circle of warding into ground targeting 1200 range like you did Line of Warding in beta for staff which suffered the same issue here!!!
And if you go with the OP’s idea to move #2 skill to the #1 chain, than make it so the AoE blast grants some kind of positive effect for defensive builds as well.
Also make symbol of protection more interesting. Something like both protection as well as endurance regen.

1# skill shouldn’t be moved to #2, and #2 shouldn’t be moved to #1, instead;
1# skill 3rd swing should have a faster cast time, and the symbol it generates should have a shorter duration to reflect how fast you will be applying a new symbol ( so that you wont have the symbol overlapping itself )
2# skill should stay as it is right now, the short leap is a good enough utility, with out making it have everything better then the greatsword.
3# this should immobilize and then pull your target to you, this is what makes the hammer different then the greatsword, GS has a leap, we have a pull.
4# this ability is awesome, don’t touch it.
5# this ability needs to be made ground targeted like the staff line of warding to be more useful, other then that don’t touch it.
It doesn’t make sense for the auto attack to have a “long wind up” it takes me less time to jump and smash into the ground with the #2 ability then it does to use the third swing on the autoattack, if I can leap forward and slam my hammer down instantly with #2, my character should be strong enough to swing the hammer a little faster with the auto attack. even if they had to shorten the symbol by a few miliseconds to match the current uptime of the symbol to make it happen, we need a faster auto attack.
I feel the 1-4 abilities need a bit of a rework.
1. Needs to be changed to a bouncing orb of light that hits an enemy then bounces to the nearest ally heals them, then bounces back to the enemy and ends, much like the tridents ability, this would allow the auto attack to have mediocre up-front damage, but hit twice as well as support allies that are in melee.
2. Completely remove this exploding orb crap, replace it with a ground targets orb that starts in the air, and then crashes into the ground healing allies, and damaging and blinding foes., this gives you a LOT more control over the ability, while also giving it some actual combat utility.
3. Add an cripple/weakness effect for 5 seconds to foes that stand/pass through the symbol, possibly slightly increase the upfront damage on symbols on all weapons, and make the damage falloff after the first 2 seconds.
4. This ability is great, but I feel like you should be able to move while casting it, and maybe have it heal every second instead of one big burst at the end.
5. Leave it as is, this ability is awesome in everything, if I HAD to ask for something, I would ask that this also absorbs projectiles, and maybe the cooldown increased by 5 seconds if that was added.

The reason I think this would be a good idea, is right now after a player gets a full set of exotic gear, there is generally nothing to buy with karma. This means an end-game player is stacking up karma that probably for the most part won’t be used at all, if karma could be deposited into the personal bank, then saved up karma from a main-character could be used to help gear an alt with a few pieces of level 80 exotics once they get to level 80.
