so,
-went back to the 347.52 from 347.88 drivers
-re-downloaded all DirectX runtime files
-install weird win8 nvidia WDDM update

and….now it works lol

I was at one point getting this “you are missing d3dx9_43.dll” error while trying to launch the game, which lead me to downloading the latest DirectX files

So as soon as I hit play from the launcher, the game crashes.

I have files d3d9.dll , dxgi.dll and injector.ini in the bin folder

Removing SweetFX the game plays fine.

Thoughts?

What keeps veteran players, playing? Expansion

What gets people who left the game to come back? Expansion

What makes new players want to level so they can play with their veteran player friends? Expansion

When was the meta actually supposed to be completed by? I know several people who finished it over the weekend and now have their chest while I finished the meta around week two and still have no chest. Is ANET going to take their chest away if the meta was supposed to be completed by the end of the tournament?

I would much prefer if Volcanus was just a slow lava flowing annimation when it’s on my back and then did a unique fire blast when drawn and continued with it’s current effects

Both use the GS&Staff. The dps build can double as a shatter build with a few trait swaps and changing weapons.

Hello. I’m new to Mesmer (level 80 Warrior and Ranger) and wondered if anyone would be kind enough to break down the traits on these builds. Also curious why neither build has 20 in Chaos for the staff reduction?

I play only PVE, mainly dungeons and DE’s.
