Can anyone confirm if it’s possible to do the lvl 10 daily on multiple characters?
Might be another chance of getting those rings in order to progress…

Believe me, getting a disconnect without the ability to rejoin is no fun after bashing through level 18 (which took quite a while).
A fix would be nice to have (and should be top priority right now).

After killing the boss, the NPC runs into the flamering which is still active at this point, supposedly trying to open the door to the final room.
She dies, and the event (opening the door) stops, and doesn’t restart after resurrecting her.
The NPC did not die during the fight, but afterwards.
That’s why none of us can get any rewards.

Shadow Dragon, we had exactly the same problem today. It’s just awesome to be stuck right after the last boss (same here for the dungeon master btw) -_-

Hi there,
my team just spent over 2 hours fighting our way through Arah, but after the last boss where the NPC should open the gate – it bugged out.
This may be because she died in this flame-ring at the very last second of the bossfight.

However, the door doesnt open and there is no way to obtain the dungeon tokens.

Please look into this (and if possible, award us with the tokens we missed out on), as there is nothing more frustrating than spending such a long time for nothing.
