…So yeah, I decided to contact customer support since devs recommended that method for season 2 reward problems as well. It’s a bit silly conversation so I might as well post it here.
Sent: (headline: “Still missing season 1 rewards”)
“I am still missing my WvW season 1 reward chest like many others. I transferred from NA (Sanctum of Rall) to EU (Gunnar’s Hold) on the last week of season 1.
It has been over six months already. Please fix this.
PS. Don’t direct me to the “Issues granting Season reward chests” thread. I’ve read through it already. The last dev post, which was 5 months ago, says that the issue will be solved " soon after the Edge of the Mists map". When is this “soon”?"

Now that the June 17th update has been introduced, please speak to the Battle Historian in any WvW map to get an updated tournament chest. That chest will contain the correct rewards and number of tickets for your placement in the tournament. You may sell any tokens received prior to the June 17th update to a vendor or you may destroy them, as you desire. Feel free to open any chests that you already have received and keep those rewards.
To thank you for your patience while we sorted out this issue, all players who completed the meta achievement will receive an additional 100 tickets.

TL;DR
…I don’t really know what to say. I clearly tell about season 1 problems in my first post and they reply me with an automatic-looking reply for season 2 reward problems. Then I basically repeat what I said and I get a reply that they are working on it still. Looks like I got same replies as zolton, even though we were talking about different seasons. In reality, they probably aren’t working on S1 rewards anymore.

Oh well… looks like my season 1 reward chest key isn’t alone anymore. Might as well start a collection of tokens/keys/etc rewarded each season I guess.

Just got my tickets for season 2, but the key for season 1 reward chest is still in my inventory. Situation B.
There has been a few red posts lately, so maybe we’ll get an answer to this as well? Worth a try at least.
What kind of issue are you specifically having that could be related to lag?
- Rubberbanding, skill lag, screen freezes (2-10 seconds)
What server are you on?

Has there ever been a time when you or a friend are experiencing lag, while others in your party are not?
- Sometimes they have less lag, but most of the time it’s pretty much the same lagginess for everyone.
Has there ever been a time where one party in a map is experiencing lag, while other parties in that same map are not?
- Sometimes. Also depends on your positioning on the map: lag usually gets more worse than it already is when you get close to a big fight.
Do you experience the lag at very specific times?
- Mostly bigger battles → more lag. This isn’t always the case; sometimes even smaller battles or just running around might be very laggy.
If so, can you estimate how many players are in each zerg?
- At least 25+ on each side.

I only have gw2 installed on one computer so I can’t be sure if it would work on other computers. If this problem continues I might try to reinstall the game. And yes, it’s very annoying when I open tp in wvw for example. Gem store is the default tab and if I accidentally let it load (or if it simply loads too fast), the only way to get out of the black screen is alt + f4. I’ve not installed/updated anything at all on my computer for a few weeks so I doubt that’s the reason.
There are a few other TP bugs that came with this patch and already have threads but none of them are like this (“gem store not loading” thread is quite similar but not the same), so here’s a new thread to see if anyone’s been experiencing the same issue.
When I open the Gem store tab on the tp (other tabs work fine), it first shows a blank tab and that yellow loading circle. After a few seconds the gem store’s tabs (home/promotions/style etc) appear for a small moment, not even a second, and then the whole screen goes black. I can still move around and use my skills, even open other tabs (other than tp), but I cannot see anything I do. I can even tab out. After tabbing out and opening gw2 tab again, I can see everything again, even the gem store. Thing is that after this point, if I click on anything at all the screen goes black again. Tabbing out of the game and back in multiple times didn’t solve this issue either. So simply said, I cannot use gem store at all.
This problem appeared on the patch day but about 10 hours before the actual patch came and it’s still there. Please fix this if possible.

Yes, it’s a bug and not intended. This happened to me and few others earlier yesterday (late eu time) at the blue keep’s watergate and also at Durios for me. Both times I got in it was with fiery gs 3 (elementalist’s elite), but other players got in with auto-attacks – on another thread like this someone even got a golem in on another server. Every time somebody got in he/she jumped out.
I hope anet fixes this soon.

Thank you SoR for welcoming us and for a job well done this week, and also thank you for BG and JQ for great fights. Definitely the best wvw week I’ve had in a while. May the next week be even more awesome!

Great fights tonight (and yesterday) on SFR bl, especially the fights at garrison, despite all the bannering and skill lag. Culling removal has made wvw so much better.
Now if only Anet could give us auto-loot.
Really didn’t expect SFR to climb up a tier, very nice surprise. This week is going to be epic, have fun all!
Massive lag at Deso too, especially prime time on EB was horrible. Three-way fight in sm was the worst, would’ve been so much better without the lag.
Epic fights anyway, I just hope that they fix that culling and lag asap.
Intense fighting at EB last night, enjoyed it.
Felt like 2 vs 1 most of the time though; as far as I saw it, Elona and Viz weren’t attacking each other that much. Seems logical, Deso is leading in points after all.
Example: at one point Viz was attacking Deso keep. What was Elona doing? – Blocking the way back from Deso hill waypoint to keep, not even bothering to attack the keep itself properly (or at least I didn’t see it).
Still, it was a fun night for me, thanks for all. Deso’s teamwork skills have definitely gotten better.
