Big thanks to the developers and the entire raid team. This is the kind of content we needed since day 1.
Please do NOT nerf this boss in any way and do NOT have easier bosses in this raid. The difficulty is low enough to have pugs get him to 50% in a beta but high enough to require some preparation. Excellent for a first boss.
Looking forward to the story aspect as well.

My two suggestions are mainly related to showing conditions and boons
1. Increase the size to have more space for boons.
2. Consider only showing boons your character can apply and conditions you can remove
There is an existing thread about the squad UI.
Anyway some of the cons of this design.
1. Useless face picture of the characters.
2. Does not scale past 15 or 20 characters.
3. Poor in realising if players are down or dead.
4. No idea of subgroups.1. Face can be already disabled in options. The small bars are taken from there. The same option can be used to make them even smaller. It’s just an example.
2. It’s designed for Raids. You make a squad, you enter Raid and the UI changes.
3. Why? Works like the current party ui. Red bar = down, empty bar = dead. What’s hard to realize?
4. In raid you only have your party and the rest of the squad. No subgroup.
Please do not make a post if you do not understand the game. Squad (not raid) UI is required for raids but is used in many more areas. For example world bosses, map meta events and most importantly WvW where you will want about 6 subgroups.

I also confirm the daily reward and achievements reset.
Did not test the time gated crafting mats or the home instance.

Tournament rewards for the World vs. World Spring 2014 Tournament will be available in the June 17th build. Once that build is live, you will be able to speak to the Battle Historian in any WvW map to get an updated tournament chest that has the correct rewards and number of tickets for your placement. Previously issued tickets will be voided with the build. Feel free to open any chests that you have already received now.
To thank you for your patience while we sorted out this bug, all players who completed the meta achievement will receive an additional 100 tickets.

Thank you for the update however this does not address the issue of players who have obtained the wrong place achievement. Am I correct?
I would say that main problem with this are ppl who changed server, before/middle/after season 2 of wvw.
Absolutely not. This bug has nothing to do with that, but with megaservers(for people who did not receive the chest) and with the placement of your server in the first season(for people who also received wrong achievement).
Guys, the last update was on Friday. Today is Monday. Contrary to popular belief, our developers have lives and families that they would like to live and see respectively.
Believe me when I say that we will provide an update as soon as we have an update to provide. Until that time, your continued patience is appreciated.
The plural developers shows that the number of people on the WvW team has DOUBLED at a bare minimum.

Still no reward on top of the fact that I was awarded the 4th place achievement as opposed to 2nd. (No transfers, meta completed in 3rd day of tournament, Piken Square EU)
All we have is a thread that instead of assuring us that they are working on a fix just reminds us that WvW is ignored by the developers.
Let’s all spend gold in the gem store so maybe we can get some support from the dev team, aw wait we have no gold because WvW rewards are low.

Asuran Rebel -> Go hard or go home
Aelalilia -> 15 versus 50? no problem
Dannehtbh -> commanding on level 2 and still winning is impossible? not for Piken

How can the megaserver help with lag issues?
Off topic but far more important questions:
What can be done against the hackers?
What can be done against the lack of coverage on some servers?
GVG SUPPORT
Same situation against Far Shiverpeaks as you can see. The fact that these hackers are not banned encourages shaming of their server. It is sad but true

Has there ever been a time when you or a friend are experiencing lag, while others in your party are not?
I don’t think so
Has there ever been a time where one party in a map is experiencing lag, while other parties in that same map are not?
I don’t think so
Do you experience the lag at very specific times?
At prime time when other servers tend to blob up.
When there are over 60 players it tends to become unplayable.
Suggestions:
Rewrite wvw code using knowledge from eotn
If eotn is on same physical server as wvw, move it
