Noooo! Keep the even playing field. I want to know I lost to something because of skill not because they had more time to grind gear.
Engineer — Non faceroll class and requires me to push more than 3 buttons.
I don’t find that mine field hits all the hard. maybe im missing something.
I refer to tpvp as SoloQ and TeamQ. They are both tournament mode, one just sticks you with randoms.
Nope we weren’t allowed to do that much damage even tho other classes were deemed fine to have such burst potential. the removal of 100nades led to the KR nerf that made that trait completely useless especially if you run medkit.
Considering 100nades was harder to setup than pushing 1 button for hundred blades. makes sense to me
Since grinding glory surely means you are skilled in tpvp?
Rank is meaningless. I play nothing but tpvp and only hotjoin here or there to test things out. Playing tpvp doesn’t get you very far unless you are playing and winning match after match for hours a day.
I see people ranked in the 50s that have no idea what they are doing and I get “oh your only in the 30s.” I guess I should go mindless grind hotjoins and exploit skyhammer so i can be skilled in tpvp. Everyone knows that hotjoins are where you learn to tpvp…. pfft
EG #1 is better, more damage and weakness in addition to bleed.
Search the forums, AR was rarely talked about. I think it’s hilarious all of the sudden with the condition meta we have necros raging they can’t wtfstomp us.
To make AR really useful you need to find someway to get a little vitality into your build, which can be challenging. Without vitality, it’s as simple as calling in some direct damage to down us. I guess the face rolling necros that have shelved their thiefs this month are upset they have to lift their face off the keyboard when they come across a engi with AR. I find it funny…

Ok If I am understanding this right … Healing mist is 10s regen boon. 30% in alchemy gives 30% bonus and the tooltip shows 13s on the tooltip and also ticks down from 13s. If I add in dwayna runes for another 20% regeneration bonus the tooltip doesn’t change and it still ticks down from 13s.
My 30% boon duration from alchemy affects regen, but the extra 20% off 2piece dwayna has no change on the regen duration. Can anyone confirm…

Dragonball is just OK… the Snowball fight mini over winter was much much better. Id take that over db anyday.
I kinda just stopped playing… I pretty much just played engi, but now it seems like the fun was removed. I guess I could just do SD rifle or p/p condi burst with nades, but<yawn>. The skill required to pull off 100nades was fun to work at. Obviously if you could run up on someone unaware it was a little OP, but most fights you had to net/magnet for position to pull it off. Required a lot more than thief burst or 22222 spam.
No source but I’d rather it be 30pts than the further nerf to KR. 30% increase crit DMG is pretty nice.
Awesome! Please anet don’t kill the engineer just move KR to 30 points. We will only have SD power rifle build left and pigeon holed into certain utilities with tool belt that work with SD
I just don’t have much luck with conditions. They seem to synergize more with elixir builds, but i usually use the medkit and toolkit. This leaves me with 2 utility slots for elixirs, which doesn’t make sense to go a full hgh build with.
Power – Static Discharge or 100nades(only 7 days left on this one). Bombs are good with power, but seem more suited for defense.
Bunker – variety of things here, but not much experience playing it.
Mostly rambling, but can someone enlighten me on the goto spvp condition build?
Having 100% uptime with kit refinement and super elixir, and considering the buffs to super elixir last patch, I never felt this was some OP skill. You still have to run it with cleric amulets to get much out of it…
No tears here, i had fun with 100nades but different builds are always fun if we can actually output some dmg.
So from SOTG am I right to assume 100nades will be gone due to the additional changes to KR in the March patch?
