As it currently stands, the achievement will only progress when soul-binding the actual armor pieces bought from the vendors and not by applying it’s skin.
Evan Lesh, do you not think that this should have been a very important customer service detail to include when you guys announced that glory was done and provided a bunch of expensive armors to buy?
It is possible to make the achievement use skins instead, but there is no plan for it at this very second.
Its possible and you are not doing it? Why is there no plan for it? Would Anet customer service refund my glory/gold and take the armor back?
It would be nice if someone in the community setup a website to track buyers and sellers and allow for rankings and ratings of both buyers and sellers of gw2 services… This would provide reputable sellers an opportunity to make the deal with a group in honorable previous agreed to terms without worrying about these LFG tool concerns mentioned above. Also this wouldn’t rely on Anet someday getting around to help out this small niche. If you think about how much money anet makes from these dungeon runs, you can imagine where this fix would be on their priority list…
What about for those that bought the gems twice in december? Do they get two mini’s and backpacks?
Dang how annoying. I just bought 8k gems on friday…
What agony resistance is required to get through level 50 without agony issues?
I was very interested in playing the new fractals until I read this thread. I cannot believe Anet would make gaining agony resistance this difficult and arduous to attain. Obviously fractals are not meant for the casual player to enjoy at all. What level can the casual player realistically get to without too much time spent gaining all this impossible agony resistance?
Its not a big fuss; maybe I am just a bit out as I almost bought it again. I was excited to see a new purchase-able mini on the gem store, and almost clicked confirm before I suddenly realized “Hey, I think I bought this already??”.
I would still want returning items to show on the promotions tab, but just not labelled as “New”.
The Mini White Kitten is back on the Gem Store, but is it really new? Is it not the same white kitten that was available a few months ago?
Instead of advertising these returning items as “New”, can you change the banner to read more along the lines of “Back by Popular Demand”, or something other than “New”?
I am so glad I read this thread now, as I was preparing to spend my 225 laurels soon. Now I will hoard them and continue to complete dailies waiting for new armor…
It would be nice to have an armor locker (like pvp) to temporarily store armor sets while wearing others. What do i do with my decked out exotic armor if I am to purchase a new set of ascended armor eventually? I don’t want to sell off the exotics for 3 silver each and don’t really have a lot of spare room in inventory either.
Sorry for the double posts, weird stuff with either my computer or the website… ???

Within the mission of The Temple of The Forgotten God, I got stuck between two walls and could not get out.
Hello,
First, thanks for adding in little items like the pipe organs and the 20 part speed reader novel into the adventure. Little extras like this set the game apart from the usual when it comes to exploring and re-exploring an area that could have otherwise been just routine to get through so to speak.
I was wondering though if I completely missed the clues to get me to the pipe organ and play the correct tune though. While exploring the Stronghold of Ebonhawke and looking for the vista, I stumbled upon the pipe organ and wondered what the heck this was about. I wiki’ed the pipe organ and discovered the solution to get the chest of course, but it made me wonder how I would have opened the closet door if wiki didn’t give me the answer. There may be citizens to talk to that give you clues to the pipe organ’s location and use of it, and rumours of treasure behind the door or something, but I didn’t find them (not that I looked to hard either though).
My question is:
If wiki was not here with the answers, how would an adventuring character discover the pipe organ and especially the correct tune to play to open the door to get the chest?
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the responses. If I ever find myself leaning towards making a purchase, I will review and consider your recommendations.
Just to clarify though, I am not asking for purchase advice or recommendations, so please excuse my poor grammar and the misunderstanding. Instead I was wondering what the specific content differences were between the two guides? What are the pro’s and con’s of each and what does each offer that the other does not?
Thanks to anyone that can help me with this question,
Please excuse if this is in the wrong forum. I couldn’t figure out where this specific question should go.
I was wondering what the specific content differences are between the Guild Wars 2 Strategy Guides available?
The two guides to choose from are the Guild Wars 2 (Signature Series Game Guide), and the Guild Wars 2 Limited Edition (Game Guide).
What does each offer that the other does not? Pros and Cons of each?
Thanks,
Hi, here are some questions that I would like asked. Not sure if they are applicable to this venue or not but here they are:
1. How many accounts in Guild Wars 2 are linked to accounts in GW?
2.Of all those linked accounts in question 1, how many brought a complete HoM over to GW2 INCLUDING THE GWAMM title?
3. What are the basic requirements this year to get a signed Christmas card from GW2 coders and developers?
