yo i think i am the onyl one who lost the money though cause my cards are empty and i got no serial or anything and one of the orders says it got cancelled and still my pay is empty

The problem with paysafecards is that u get no receit from your purchase. When you go to their site and input or card’s code does it show the purchase history?

Gaile Grey said he would look in to the paypal purchase problem but that doesn’t mean they will still give us the game for that price if they can only solve it after the timeline. I’m trying to buy the game for my brother, i did it multiple times and finaly i created a paypal account to see if by using that method i managed to buy the game. When i bought the game this message happeared: We have received confirmation of your payment from PayPal. Thank you for your purchase. Payment is handled on behalf of Guild Wars 2 by Digital River, Inc. but after i looked at my bank account no money was taken. My brother received no e-mail confirming the purchase but when i tryed to buy gems ingame i managed to spend the 10 euros on that with no problem so it’s not a bug with my paypal and i received a message from them with the receit for that purchase. I tryed to buy the game 2 times the order numbers are: 9332627162 and 9346299662 these purchases were made yesterday afternoom GMT from Porto, Portugal but i received no receit from Paypal and no money was taken. I just hope that by having the invoices of those 2 purchases i’m able to confirm at least one of them.

But how i whent to see and no money has been taken from my account. Also i received no e-mail confirming my purchase

Order number was 9346299662. I tryed purchasing again to see if it would pass and nothing. Nothing appears on my paypal page even after i selected it wile paying

This is a different number than you gave previously. Is this from the second time you attempted to purchase?

Yes it is. And i was about to try a 3rd one

I just tested it. The game i am trying to buy is for my brother so to see if this was my problem i tryed to do a gem purchace in game using paypal and it worked, so the problem is not with my account nor with paypal

If they can’t cope with a few new players today, how are they going to cope with a new expansion release with everyone buying it at the same time ?

They weren’t expecting this number of sales. If they manage to solve the problems and allow the sale to last a bit longer for those that were unable to purchase to purchase the game they may do in one week more money tham they did since launch.

The issues are different. Being able 2 buy the game means you have the game, they will solve the key problem later. Not being able to buy the game means you can’t play and won’t unless u buy the retail version or wait for the sale to end, i am not interested in either.

They aren’t used to this kind of things happening and the ones on the custumer service can’t tell us anything new cause the orders must come from above. For the 1st time since launch they are on the spotlight and didn’t expect so many people trying to buy the game nor the problems they are facing. Let’s just hope they procede the correct way and extend the sale till the problems get solved, if they don’t we can just bash on them constantly.
Riot faces problems like this all the time and they manage to get most of their players happy.

After that i sent them another mail asking if we would still be able 2 get the game ate the discounted price if they were unable to solve the problem in time. This was the reply:

Thank you for that update.
I am sorry the website is showing you a payment method that should not be displayed to you. We have reported it to the development team but we are not able to impliment an instant fix, or allow you to use the Paysafecard payment method. If there is a fix implemented, it will likely not happen before the sale ends, and we would not be able to honor the sale price at that time.
I can only suggest purchasing a prepaid credit card if the other methods are also not available to you.
