It’s become unplayable for me, standard 3mb/s broadband, 200 ping in LoL US servers, while playing in the UK.
Playing on the Underworld server, getting 15-20 sec chat delays, 10+ second delays on action usage including talking to the PvP browser, weapon swaps, etc. Considering I mostly play PvP, this is completely unplayable.
Yep, completely.
I can post screenshots later but it replaced it to an almost generic-looking chest coat.
I used a Guild Emblem armour template piece, hoping it’ll apply my Guild Emblem to my Citadel of Flames chest piece Like it does on PvP Armour Pieces however, instead of applying the emblem, it replaced the entire chest piece with a generic look.
My suggestion is to change the emblem description to point out it will replace the entire armour skin, OR update it to provide the emblem to appear on the armour skin without replacing it at all.
I spent about two days grinding CoF to get that armour piece, so I’m rather annoyed that I both lost it, and that I couldn’t get it to display an emblem on it.
The shortbow shoots rainbows at people.
But personally I’m probably going for the Sword, because I enjoy the T3 Asura shortbow too much.
No to the Birdseye view/MOBA-style camera, at least for the player. That’d ruin the majority of the PvP by trying too much to be a MOBA.
A Birdseye spectator mode would be fine for viewing, even freecam would be great. But if players could use birdseye view, it’d force players to have to use it to be on equal footing.
Interesting fact, during Beta Weekends, each Unload hit actually rolled for Sigil chance, I have a video of reaching around 15-20 stacks of might from using Might chance sigils, 90% crit chance and unload spam.
There is, point defense.
If you’re roaming between points, drop shadowtrap at one point, run to cap the next, and if the first point gets attacked, you’ll instantly be able to defend.
My PvE build tends to be as tanky as possible for AC explore mode (Had to switch out my heal skill for hide in shadows in Sorrow’s Embrace explore though, due to the insanity of the burning and posion.)
I very rarely take off Signet of Malice, as with the shortbow, it’ll proc heals three times due to the bounce.
I also use Sword/Pistol, once I’m in melee against swarms of Gravelings, Pistol Whip becomes my most useful heal skill, as I’ll hit multiple targets all around me, providing plenty of healing from Signet, I can also dodge for caltrops to evade/kite mobs.
In my final build I will also be using the sigils to heal on kill, and 30% chance to heal allies on my sword/pistol build. Essentially I play thief off-tank in Dungeons, as I’m either in a very static position and self-healing, or using evades and shortbow (With the +healing power sigil) to kite and heal up as much as possible.
It’d be pretty fun to drop a shadow trap, use the shortbow and the trait for swiftness on dodge + signet of shadows to cap a point, then shadowstep back to the point you started from if it gets attacked.
Assuming that would work.

Also going for a abyss dye and white dye look, using the T3 asura shortbow.
I would like to open up a discussion about how thieves damage output and pvp build viability has been altered since the betas – Though I’m not talking about being back Death Blossom in it’s OP state, but rather, what other builds apart from Backstab that people enjoy playing in PvP, and how they can be improved.
I personally like to build for Pistol Whip with two signets and one skill that I tend to switch out between a grab, caltrops or haste.
This I also run with Signet of malice, build my rune for toughess/vit/heal power and essentially try to out-tank flat DPS opponents by healing more than they can damage.
What do people like to play on a thief, that isn’t Backstab?
Switch to medium text and it will appear fine.
I’m not getting the 25% movement speed increase in combat, while I still get the passive icon.
This skill works completely out of combat with the 25% increase and passive icon.
