Hello

I will go straight to point I like PoF very much. It is nice. Landscape is pretty mobs are smart and i like new death animations. Hydra is the best xD

BUT

I have a few points i would like to meniton

1st Raptor doesn’t jump up at all only forward. Imo it should jump parabolicaly since if you want to get through jump and there is even smallest obstacle in your way you can’t since it will block you.
Also i think mounts need more jump 4 maybe. I noticed they consume endurance on it so maybe splitting it in 4 would help, after all it is animal that lived there whole its life so it should have better endurance than common person.

2nd Deadeye
I only focused on this class since i play main thief.
I will be straight i didn’t like idea of rifle thief from the very begining but i can’t helo it now so whatever i will do somehow.
Anyway DE is very weak. Does a lot dmg yes but is very vulnerable. Since we loose 3 jumps from DD and we become stative after #5 it is very easy to kill us from behind or by shadowstep. I know price for camping is high but we should be able to avoid it somehow if we notice in time.
Marking target is very bad it should be automaticly set after you attack target. Also Withdraw and Roll for Initiative should automaticly remove crouch. It is very distractive to use skill and then focus on standing up.
RANGE.
OMG when i saw it i was like What? Range is very very small. If you are sniper that can’t move from his spot you need to be sure you can hit fly on mile away. 1500 is not enough should be 2500 or 3000 in crouch because that is realistic distance you would want to put between you and your target if you were sniper.
Ranger has range 1200 on longbow so he can literary attack us from spot where he is.
Point of camping is that enemy is in range and you are not otherwise it is gunfight in a bar which makes whole Dead eye pointless since we could do gunfights with p/p AND even do more dmg. I checked it personaly since i could not believe it and it is possible to kill your target faster with p/p than with rifle AND you even have better survavibility due to 3 DD jumps.
The last one is i was really dissapointed when i saw that those contracts were only a new currency. really guys i thought, I believed we will literary recieve msg where will be like “I heard you are assassin for hire here is your target.” and the harder the target would be the higher would be the price. (Something like dark brotherhood from Skyrim) but this was really sad for me.

Constant connection failures

Hello I need help. I am playing this game for almost a year and since begining i had these errors of type not able to connect to serve, unable to log in to client etc. I was checking my internet connection and also consulted my ISP and it seems everything is fine here. So i thought it might be caused by route by which i connect to the game. Maybe server i want to connect to is too far or there is too much traffic on way to it. I am on Blacktide. Could you please check me or do something that could help me

NO corgis in game. Corgi is THE worst breed of dog in the world. And everyone wants to stick them everywhere. NOT IN GW!!! PLEASE NO!!! They stick corgis everywhere. FB, Twitter, even 9gag is full of them PLEASE NO CORGIS IN GW.

I TOLD YOU SO!!!

Ever since i saw thief is gonna get rifle i knew it will be bad. Well it is even worse then i anticipated. You all can see it for yourselves. I even saw some person mentioning that thieves wanted rifle. I was like WOT? I never wanted rifle and so did many more thieves. Imo thief could get mace. at least as second handed gun. (cuz daze etc.)
But we can’t change it now Anet did this and thief bought a bullet. We will have to find a way to equal other now way buffed classes with core+DD so gl everyone GUD LUCK.

hi i noticed you are looking for feedback for the new specs. well uffff -_- i am not happy to say this but i am dissapointed by Deadeye. I play only thief i have one warior and one ranger in case of need but i am only thief player cuz i love its mechanics and gamestyle. i am sure some ppl will dissagree some might maybe agree but here is my point.

1st Rifle – okay i cant tell you what gun to give to whom and i get your point why rifle. but i am sure that thief in this case just bought one for a team. Imho you knew that rifle needs to get used more often cuz reasons. i will not name those i think stood behind this. Anyway i think that even tho idea of thief being sniper is very nice it takes the essence of thief from this class. Rifle could totaly go to ranger they would finaly be a bit more offensive class.

2nd Imovability – making thief imovable while attacking altho from a far is really bad idea. My point is that in PVP or PvE (dungeons,raids) it will be useless, maps are not built the way you could just sit somewhere and camp at enemy, not to mention when you get to encountered by mesmer and his illusions or even ranger and his pet. they both have ability to make you to aim on their illusion/pet and that will make you vulnerable you will have to stop your camping, move backwards and you will loose all your time cuz enemy will be close enough to kill you not to mention ranger can attack you with longbow already from where he stands. Thief always had advantage of movability (three – five dodges, shadowstep, steal etc) but this takes it from him which makes him unbelievably weaker not to mention thief alongside with guardian and elementalist have THE lowest health of all if you dont bust all in Vitality/toughness which takes condi/power/expertise from you which was usually needed and better for thief.

3rd Vulnerability as condition in #1 attack – I was like WHAT? Vulnerability? Why? It is THE most useless condition of all. Not to mention a bit of realizm wouldn’t hurt. Like rifle isnt shooting potatoes or rocks so it could damage your armor so bad you would get vulnerable. In best case rifle shoots fast and small bullets that would fly through you leaving small but badly bleeding wound. Armor would have small hole in it and so would your character which would cause severe bleeding.

4th no melee attack at rifle – i maybe am going too far with this one but i can imagine rifle not to have Double tap attack and instead have at least one melee attack in case someone acctually gets to you (say another sneaky stealthy thief who doesnt play Deadeye) this attack should cause Daze at least 1,5 sec because thief seriously lack any kind of daze. Thief has only 4 attacks that daze for 1/4 sec and two of it are uttilities. I am not counting Sleight of hand , Tactical strike and Mace head crack because these require you to steal first and while doing so you must throw yourself in stealth which is case if you play Trickery, Deception, something and that totaly changes whole gameplay of yours so it is different case. But if you want to play Deadeye you need at least one daze attack otherwise you would have to play Rifle and second set something with secondary pistol or shortbow and there is no reason for anyone to play rifle/shortbow.

I like the idea of Deadeye but it could be improved a bit this is my oppinion hate me for it if you must. But if you read it i am sure you get my point.

here are mine

i have a few questions. there were templates sent with the zip. file. i just want to ask if i am interested in making some pictures and send them. Shloud i take a template for example of staff and lets say cut it out from it and use it in my program to make picture inside of template ? i could also use some meassurements like it is nice of you to give us the edge columns but i cant imagine how big should the columns be.
I mean if i would take that template and and drew by it the columns might not corespond with the correct size. it is supposed to be on A4 at least so pls if you could specify the meassures i am working on dagger right now so that would be appreciated the most.

also i want to ask if the A4 jpg. should contain only “2D” view of a weapon as is in templates or should it also contain view from above and side?

still not working the -assetsrv 64.25.41.2 worked for me if i wanted to upload the patch but didnt plugged me in game and without it i cant even open login window to my account

the -assetsrv 64.25.41.2 worked for me as said before you just add it in behind the last "sign open properties of shortcut to get to target area and there you copy paste it behind last " sign you need to add space between them as well so it worked

Since this is forum about quality of life in GW world i would like propose this idea me and couple of ppl had. I was talking with some ppl in GW and we agreed that we would invite /squat command in game for characters since we have all sorts of funny commands such as dance we would very appreciate squatting since every player knows about slav favorite photo position. Since there are many European servers there is probably many Slavs there and so the emote would be vary appreciated. Possible advantages would be that players would make more pics from game, more funny events would occur in PVP imagine you kill someone you stand above him and you /squat would be amazing. Or imagine climbing to the highest point in some map and squat up there taking picture would be crazy how many ppl would try to do it. Hi i hope this is right topic for this forum.

I would like to ask devs if there is possibility to adjust TP the way we could simply tick the stuff we want to sell and then only sell it as one salles request because this way we have to always click the item then the window opens if we really want to sell it and we click yes and imagine that you have full inventory of stuff say 60-80 slots and you have to do this to every single piece. It consumes a lot of time and also the TP can not process more than 20 requests at time and you have to wait then untill it is possible to sell again. I am sure this would be highly appreciated. Pls if i wrote to wrong forum tell me where i can send this so devs could see it.

I have a problem to connect to the game due to error code 5:11:3:159:101 I played it earlier today and this problem wasn’t there and since then no upload or patch were needed. I saw posts about this error but I really don’t understand computers so well and I would need some guide or something how could i get rid of this error so i could play i have only one character and i read also that there could be problem of having it back so i would need help with it too so i didn’t lost my progress.
