lol i legit go to eotm to roam and fight people i get more duels and small scale fights in eotm then i get in ebg or any of the bls, wvw is a zergfest and that kitten is just boreing, difference is i can go in there and fight anyone from the opposing colors which can be several servers not just the 2 im fighting in wvw, also can roam and duel with ur friends in that map. takeing it out cuz u assume its a ktrain map is selfish, yes people use it to zerg but there are alot of roamers from all servers on that map now and u wont change that even if u lower the rewards cuz me personally i dont get kitten from eotm cept bags from the people i kill.

So apparently Xlogging is back in wvw and ppl can rage quit when they get downed and u wont get a bag once again, this was a bug from 2 years ago and its back and it needs to be fixed ive already had over 50 ppl rage quit on me while they were in downed state and i got no xp or bag from them you need to fix this.
gems to unlock all waypoints (requested today)
gems for immediate level 80 (requested yesterday)
gems for mounts with 100-300% speed boost (frequent)
gems to convert PvE maps to PvE/PvP (frequent)
gems to unlock all hero points (requested today)
Just because someone wants it doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. It may benefit you and other players yet be bad for the game as a whole.
It really makes me wonder why *such* people play games at all if they can’t put any effort in anything ingame and have to rely on $ to _get good_. Really quite sad.
Because farming to unlock a spec will make you good ^^
And because if the option existed to buy out certain pieces of content with gems, it devalues the effort everyone else put in to get those hero points the normal way. This on top of setting up a dangerous precedent in the future for trivializing content with the Gemstore.
Stop trying to buy shortcuts through content, and realize Elite Specializations are not the same as Core lines, they are character progression. I am extremely certain future specialization lines will follow this pattern of earning hero points to unlock them as well.
thats logic is so flawed, how bout all the effort players put in to get the guard stacks in wvw and now they are takeing them out cuz of the new players, that devalues my time and everyone elses time who worked for them just to cater to the new players
first idea i had after reading elite spec will cost 400 hero points,
is to let me buy them with gems (aka real money after buying gems)
or maybe put the elite spec unlock on TP

I’m only gonna put my thoughts on the perma-stealth thief build on here once and never again.
They nerfed the perma-stealth assassin in GW1 because people in PvP complained about it. If they haven’t already, they will nerf it again in GW2 due to people in PvP/WvW complaining about it.
i don’t understand what you smoked but i played gw1 for 7years and the assassins never had stealth. i also created several assassin builds for pvp and there was no stealth.

They turn down your offer because one MAJOR reason, no loot bags in PvP. AKA "Cupcakes" as ASH calls them. They go where the potental for loot bags are highest. Orange swords, large group attacking a keep, anywhere large zergs gather will always trump a GvG challenge.
Therefore, your challenge rings hollow.
Because the reason we play WvW is for the loot. Also I would actually be surprised if ASH did accept a GvG because so far the ones I fought while roaming were actually kinda bad.
Yeah we’re pretty bad. That’s why getting a GvG against us would mean so much to some, as they have been obsessed with it for 2 pages now. Trying to prove yourselves or what? :-)
On our part, we don’t feel the need to prove anything. If it was brought in another manner, we might get a small group and GvG. I like to get to know people from others servers and exchange. Stay classy in your requests (just like MU), bring them up with respect instead of contempt, and you might get a more positive response. We can care less about your funny taunts.
We enjoy WvW. A large portion of our guild is PvX and casual, not hardcore WvW/PvP. As Styx said, just like RH, we might be able to get a 5 man together for some GvG and learn a thing or two from you guys. It all depends on who’s online at the time. If you want a 5v5, hit me at N-A primetime and I’ll see what we can do.
Also if anyone (sup Skosh) wants a 1v1, hit me or Paragues. I don’t run a good duel build, but I like to duel nonetheless.

ya i changed to that build to fight an sf mesmer that wanted to fight my condi build i did have a better one stashed but stopped useing it for awhile and forgot the traits. and i mostly run sw/sw sw/sh with that build havent ran it in a while when i changed to a gs/axe/shield build then more ppl wanted to duel so i wanted to practice some with longbow. already changed back to my gs axe/shield build
What I do not understand about JamboHammer’s post (okay I do not understand most of it the way it is written) is that while he complains about perplexity runes he has no qualms whatsoever about bragging about his stun lock, perma regen warrior running torment runes.

Jambo i roam mostly in gombl come find me if you would like to fight. Oh and the only times i’ve died this week in 1v1 situations were to heavy cond spam necros until i learned how to deal with them which is somthing you should do, your not gona get better by qqing on the forums about perplexity runes and conditions.

if conditions are so easy to clear with null field then why is confusion a problem exactly? As a shatter mes its incredibly easy to avoid getting stunlocked and having confusion stacked on you even if they manage to stun you once or twice you can just send it all back to them and watch them kill themselves. Your tears are tastey feel free to whisper me whenever you feel like it for some fights.

Lol any shatter mesmer running a zerk build against perplexity runes deserve what they get. Talk about a "baddy" player, not recognizing the perplexity and avoiding the shatter is just poor play. So he rages on the forums over his own foolishness. I have a rank 135 mesmer, he has never made that stupid of a mistake.

I love perplex peoples when I am running my mesmer, perhaps you should ask around about my mesmer sir before you assume I know nothing about them. Bad mesmers are weak, bad anything is weak?
The key to beating perplex is understanding what is going on before you spam your self to death trying to be a shatter bot. I usually just let them get a ridiculous amount of confusion on me (10 stacks or more hopefully), give it back to them, and burst them down while they’re trying to figure out what is killing them and why I do not have any confusion on me.
I don’t have a problem with people running the runes solo, but if you have ever come across organized small-man groups that know how to keep 25 stacks on you then you are out of luck and that is the problem I have with them. I encourage people to 1v1 me with them on.

We also had a number of our guildies (FKB) stay up all night this past weekend. It has been quite a push.
Coverage aside, I think this matchup is the most balanced by far. Cosa and the SF crews definitely give our WVW guilds (FKB, MU, VLK) a run for our money. SF is also pretty savy at supply control and nabbing camps just before the tick. I think we’re all learning a lot from each other.

this matchup is nowhere even close to balanced u want balanced we had one either the first or second week of league was a balanced match where all 3 servers were so close to each other.
OMG no kittening lag!. Seriously this match up has reminded me how nice it is to actually have next to zero lag.
On a side note, it seems like CORE roamers are much harder than HARD roamers. I didn’t really have to try much with HARD. Was nice to relax more this week

ran into BS a few times with my 3 man team had some fun 3v3s and 3v4-5 with them i dueled BS last matchup with ET, it got real fun when the kain guild team we kitten ed off came in to try and sandwhich us tho to just die :P
i would have to suggest if ur ganna move unsuspecting blow to 20 u need to add some new arms adept traits cuz for a dmg warrior all the adept traits in arms seem pretty lame and weak since i can hold perma fury. and also to the person who had the idea of putting hb as F1 that is the worst idea ive ever heard of seeing as u cant move useing it, its easy to dodge and arcing slice is wayy better for holding fury
Unspec foes for warrior trait should be instead reduced to 15% crit chance . Because it will allow builds with an already high crit chance to get benefit from it . But otherwise pretty good nerfs , now we have to choose between cleansing ire and bursy matery

the fact that u suggested cleansing ire nerf shows u dont know anything about warrior that is the MAIN skill to deal with condi its the only decent condi clear a warrior has

had some nice duels with AR today in eb near speldan and anz! good fights to those ar. good sport to the [WAR] guardian that let me kill and stomp the 2 ppl that tryed to jump into the fight
lol there is really a dr warrior charr that runs sw/war gsword for the runaway ability resets the fight on me like 5+ times as he cant touch my hp and as he resets the fight again i swap weapons to keep up with him running away and gged him lol he did the same exact thing at south camp cept i didnt need to swap weps on him cuz he rushed into a wall trying to run away so i gged him lawl
LMFAO to this [WAR] AR zerg for trying to crash our fight club and within 1 minute got completely stomped by the fight clubbers… I had fun spam sitting ur bodies (I only do so rarely, but it was well deserved in that case.)
On the plus side, ty for bringing more DH to the fight club tho, and the loot bags, they have quite tasty content for watching the rest of our duels
So, does anymore AR wanna come to have friendly duels in GoM BLs, besides those crashing kittens? I only see two here
