I have been having issues for a few days now of extreme delays in my action buttons (1-0) firing off. Their icons change to look like they are trying but it can take 10-40 seconds for them to actually fire. I’ve missed entire combats only to catch up and be dead from a fight. I did the full diag and sent the info in to support.

I have a Cobalt sitting in my bank waiting to be used, but the stats are not ideal for my builds.
My question is if I use the skin, which I assume will unlock on equip, will it have the same cool effect on a transmuted weapon?
(For example Pearl GS with Cobalt look and effect.)

To that point, do the particle effects and such follow the skins or only on the items themselves? Can I use a skin and effect on a lower quality item?

So last year, 250 of each got a toy frame for making minis.
This year we get ONE mini for doing the meta.

The vendors seem to have all the same stuff that drops from gifts, so if you have the skins you want and 20+ of each of the recipes, what is the use of these items?

I cant believe that the massive amount of each I have is simply going to buy small snowflakes and more gifts, to get snowflakes and crystals, since there is nothing else of use.

Am I missing something cool?

I truly hate the normal random dialog. If I hear my Necro tell me how fragile they are one more time I may snap and delete him.

The problem is if I turn off the useless waste of data stream dialog I also turn off the dialog for cut scenes that I like to hear.

I would really like a second slider for cut scene dialog OR a check box to turn off random world dialog.

So I need 2 more of these for the PVP achievement. I’ve been told they drop in the Labyrinth, but have yet to see them.

So my question is, can I do the initial story quest on another character to get finishers or is it once per account?

Suggestion to ArenaNet, have a vendor sell them. I’d farm a ton of candies for a finisher or two.

This is probably a newbie question, but if you call a target to your party, will the called mark stay if the target disappears? For example SB, Wasp Queen Champ, or Skelks?
