looks like the same issue I’m having, send a ticket to the support team and see if they can help…
I already have a thread about this (not sure if it’s the exact same problem), go check the options I tried to fix this…

Yeah I’ve been keeping an eye on other threads with the same topic, but I’m not using the 32 bit client… Hopefully my issue gets fixed when they fix that one..

Just did that, downloaded the client and replaced the main Gw2.exe with it and it still crashed…

Hey everyone,
I’ve had my computer wiped a week ago, so I had to install GW2 and update it all the way.
the installation process was successful, the updating process wasn’t.. (and this was a week ago).
My launcher at first crashed at a certain percentage of the update (21%-23%), then when I opened the launcher again it crashed right away, so I can’t update the game or even log onto it…
I already sent a ticket a week ago, me and the support team tried a lot of options and non of them were successful (so far)…
I’m going to list the options we’ve tried then post my crash log, help/suggestions from ANYONE is welcome…

List of things done and wasn’t successful:
*using -repair
*using -assetsrv with a variation of IPs
*resetting my CMD
*running game as admin
*clearing my gw2 cache
*deleting my local.dat file
*resetting my router

What did they tell you to do? I submitted a ticket and I’m still having the same problem..

I bought the game, I installed it & created an account. I can log in on the website & forums, but when I log in on the launcher it keeps telling me that the username/password is invalid. Till now I can’t enter the game…
