I’d really love yo help ya out but I’m leading my own guild. I feel your pain though. Took me a while to get where I am. Just keep at it

Order of the Grey Stalkers
The Marchioness of Selma, Nitasha Feyborn I is proud to announce her financial and political support for an elite unit of Tyrian defenders within The Grey Guard henceforth to be known as:
The Grey Stalkers
Recognizing that not all battles are won by armies, and that not all those who serve do so in uniform, The Grey Stalkers of Pax Aeternum will be charged specifically with the task of harassing our enemies wherever they go in the Borderlands. Operating in small teams of 4-10, the Grey Stalkers will focus on taking enemy supply camps, eliminating sentries, neutralizing supply caravans and generally wreaking havoc upon our enemies with precision tactics. Which is to say…
We will make their lives HELL!
Are you an individual with little taste for military formality, but a large appetite for destruction?
Are you accustomed to working with small teams that operate like brothers and sisters?
Are you the type who believes enemy morale is a thing to be ground into a fine powder beneath your boot heel?
Most importantly…are you ready to put those beliefs into action?
If you answered “YES!” to one or more of the questions above, then you just might be a Grey Stalker. Come talk to The Grey Guard of Pax Aeternum and find out if you have what it takes to be a member of this new and exciting effort.
From the mist…Back to the mist
OOC:
Pax Aeternum is currently recruiting experienced and novice Role Players to take part in a very dedicated World vs. World initiative as outlined above. Our vision is to create small Borderlands strike teams who will become expert at working together and executing precision operations against our enemies in the Borderlands while maintaining an IC / RP element to their efforts. (Mumble / Voice comm optional but encouraged!)
These teams will operate in cooperation with the strategic direction of Tarnished Coast field Commanders — targeting objectives as requested, escorting crucial supply caravans, freelancing when no overall strategy is in place, and lending their support to large-scale siege operations as appropriate. We want TC Commanders to know they always have experienced units at their disposal who are ready, willing and able to respond instantly to their orders and achieve the objectives their strategic plans require.
Those with no interest in WvW combat but who have an IC interest in supporting such efforts either through crafting special weapons and other items (are you James Bonds’ Q?), mercantile / financial support (are you the Master Day Trader of the Trading post?), etc. will also be welcomed to The Grey Guard with open arms.
Let’s be clear: Our main objective remains RP. But we don’t see any reason why that can’t co-exist with a targeted and productive WvW effort. We also hope to have dedicated PvE / Dungeon teams and sPvP teams as interest develops, but our initial focus will be WvW.

The Order of the Grey Guard
Pax Aeternum ~ Peace Eternal
This creed is written in the language of the Titans and serves as a reminder of the threat that the Mursaat and the Titans have imposed upon Tyria in the past, lest we forget; as well as the in the goal which we share and must remain steadfast with our daily efforts.
Founding
The Grey Guard was founded by the young Lord Thomas Palis, 8th Duke of Kessex Hills; the year was 1220 AE. With Lion’s Arch flooded and no safeguards to protect the area from the threat of Charr or Zhaitan’s undead horde, Duke Palis formulated a plan to save his land and people. Six of his finest personal Knight Commanders were summoned to train, organize and lead a local militia comprised of free citizens. The Grey Guard operated in several conflicts with the centaur and other aggressive races within the region; however, their presence was not called on to fight the Charr or legions of the Risen. The Grey Guard remained strong and stalwart for over a decade, acting as the primary line of defense for Kessex Hills and it’s border counties. In 1232 AE, following years at the helm, the Duke relinquished command of his militia to Marquess Tyrio Feyborn of Selma. Tyrio converted the small border farming village of Selma into a fortified military camp, which greatly increased the capacity of this militia. Here the Grey Guard spent its finest moments; functioning as a small, however vicious, standing army.
Change of Mandate and Current Operations
The Grey Guard remained stationed at the Marches of Kessex, seeing fewer and fewer skirmishes. As Divinity’s Reach grew and its Seraph Guard along with it, the need for the Grey Guard waned. Throughout the years the Guard deteriorated as it’s numbers diminished, its leadership passed down through the Feyborn lineage. The need for a standing army in Kessex had become completely removed, as more and more of Kryta’s jurisdiction fell under the control of the Seraph. The Guard reacted in the only way available; it began contracting itself out to The Crown. As word of their valiant yet brutally effective exploits began to circulate, more townships and counties reached out to contract the Grey Guard. Soon enough, the Guard was marching wherever the coin flowed the greatest. While some referred to them as mercenaries or sellswords, the chivalric code on which the Order of the Grey Guard was founded elevated them above this standard to most.
At present, the year 1325 AE, the numbers of the Grey Guard have reduced significantly. The current Marchioness of Selma, Nitasha Feyborn I, commands a roguish band of warriors of fortune. While the Code of the Order long past still hangs in their guild hall, the chvalric code is maintained only to continue legal operation of the guild. Truthfully, the Guard is subject to the laws of the land but not bound to its procedures. After the peace treaty with the Charr, it has been allowed to take and complete contracts for the Charr lands as well; the same with the Norr. The Wardens of the Grove still offer resistance to the mandate, but the Asuras welcome the results under a careful eye.

Pax Aeternum is a semi-casual Roleplay-World vs World guild that participates in the weekly guild RP story events, as well as spontaneous RP across the nations and World vs World. We also casually do dungeons. We have an active website and forums along with a mumble channel in which we encourage out members to use.
Our goal is to prove to Queen Jennah and the rest of Divinity’s Reach that the threat from Zhaitan and his minions is more that just the Seraph alone can overcome. We have organized a militia of sorts under the hand and financing of the Duchess of Kessex Hills to take up arms and do what the Seraph are unable to do. We will not only protect Kryta from Zhaitan’s taint, but make allies of all races and protect the whole of Tyria from invaders both Foreign and Domestic. And should the time come in which we show Kryta that Her Highness’s ways are weathered and tired. We will rise and lead this nation to a better setting. We will show everyone what it truly means to live.
