You sir are a genius! I absolutely love SAB, when i first tried it all i did was smile when i heard the music, the sound effects and the visuals. It instantly took me back to when i was a kid playing my super nintendo and the fact that i was playing with my modern day GW2 character in this retro world was soooo freaking cool.
I was wondering how the idea for this came up? I’m also wondering what are your thoughts on so many people in the community (including me) begging for you guys to keep SAB a permanent mini-game for GW2? Is it possible? It would be awsome to take a break every now and then from my usual wvw and spvp sessions and jump into a retro world with my GW2 toon anytime i wanted :-)
Oh, and whoever came up with the idea for this is a freaking genius :-)

I would like to have the option of reorganizing my skills on the skills bar and be able to put each ability in the skill slot that i want, in the order i want. Would like to have this option also available for each weapon type. For example, as a warrior with a greatsword you have a charge ability which is the last skill on the skills bar but when you switch to a one handed sword you also have a charge skill that is now on the nubber 2 slot i think. I just feel more coumfortable organizing my abilities the way i like.
Would also be nice to have my keybinds saved for each of my characters so that i dont have to change them around everytime i log in with a different character…thank’s

I really like the game so far and i would like to support it but i see nothing in the gem store that i want. The only thing i kind of like is the aviator sunglasses but i can only wear them in town so i dont want them and i dont like any of the armor skins. Maybe if you guys add a different variety of epic looking armor and weapon skins then i would be more then happy to buy them and support the game. Also i think my thief would look so cool shooting her pistols with aviator sunglasses on, if i was able to do that then hell yea i’d buy a pair…

cuz the queue for “battlegrounds” is instant, and you do get sent back to wherever you were when you leave.
The part that baffles me is why we have that 2+ minutes before each game after you’ve joined to wander the map. Cuz it’s really unlikely anyone’s come to a tournament without already knowing the map.
you lazy lazy creature. do you want to have an icon pop up every time a dragon spawns? do you want to be able to enter a dungeon from anywhere? do you want to be able to kill a mob without doing anything? do you want to be able to buy/sell/craft from anywhere?[ well you can sell on TP just not get the gold right away]
how lazy is this community? do you need convenience on everything? geez.
and about the 2 min wondering around the map for sPvP i think its a good thing its there, gives you 2 minutes to make sure you are able to play and double check your gear, utility’s, traits etc, also to let the high ping users load in so the match starts with everyone ready and not on the loading screen.

Well i wouldn’t call it lazy since it’s my character and not me doing the traveling but i would say it’s about fun. It would be fun to be doing random events on whatever map and then decide you know what…i’m gonna do a quick battleground without having to go to the mist and then have to travel back to where i was doing events after i’m done with my match. So yea, being able to que up for a quick battleground and then after i’m done continue to do my events and then que again if i want would be fun…

The looks of the invader can tell you a lot about what’s going to happen in WvW. On my thief I usually look for a big norn in plate to steal from. Plus with the RPG aspect it doesn’t make sense for a warrior or guardian who’s wearing a robe and wielding a staff to be able to 100b with all that toughness and armor.
As for the town clothes, it sucks but I think the point is the RP element. I don’t agree with it, but it is what it is.
Well i love my class but i hate the the way the armor that is available for my class looks so i guess i’m just stuck with a toon wearing gear that i think looks ugly…
If players were allowed to transmutate any piece of gear to look like any other piece of gear weather it be light into heavy or heavy into medium or any combination then wouldn’t that equal many happy players who are pleased with the way their characters look? I for one would love to be able to mix and match and create my own unique look. For example, i saw a heavy chest piece that i thought would go awsome with some medium leggins that i had and i wished i could just combine them.
Another thing i’m curious about is some of the items in the cash shop like the aviator sunglasses. Why would i buy something that i can only wear in town? If i were able to wear these things in combat if i wanted to then i would have purchased a pair a long time ago.
The way your character looks i think is a very important aspect of enjoying an mmo game so why dont game developers allow players to do things that they know people would enjoy?
So i was exited when i heard about GW2 and after playing it for the first time i thought to myself…I’m done with wow, this is the mmo i’ve been waiting for. I had fun playing the game until it came time to pvp and i realized that i was forced to hang out in this place called heart of the mist to que up for pvp…why? I want to be able to que up for a pvp match from anywhere in the world i happen to be and be returned there once i’m done. I dont even like the heart of the mist map, i’d rather hang out in a nice looking city like Divinity’s Reach or Lions Arch and que up from there.
Another thing that bothers me is that after working to build up my rank and buy nice pvp gear i can only wear it in the heart of the mist and pvp matches…why? I want to be able to wear my pvp gear and show it off anywhere i want! Another thing i can’t figure out is why there’s no dueling option in the game? If i’m out in the world questing with a friend i want the option to say…hey this looks like a cool place to have a duel.
It seems like everytime i get exited about a new mmo i wind up getting desappointed by something…
I love this game and i’m having fun playing but i have to say that the items available in the gem store kinda suck. I would have thought there would be many more cooler looking armor skins to buy for your toons. I have not purchased any of the skins available because i dont like them. If you had a larger variety of better looking ones available then i would buy more gems. The only item i think looks kinda cool is the Aviator sunglasses but i haven’t purchased them because i cant wear them in combat…
I really like the female Thief armor that you see when you are picking your class at character creation. Where and how do you get that armor set? I’ve read people saying that it’s cultural gear but it’s not…
I’ve always tried to get the name Death Dealer on every mmo i’ve ever played but it’s always taken. Funny thing is i’ve never come across a player named death dealer ever in any mmo. Do they roll the name and just never play? I mean really, i never seen a toon with that name. I’m not complaining, just think it’s weird that i never seen anyone with that name but it’s always taken lol

well that isn’t the right attitude because if ANet realises you are hacked they will ban the account to keep the hacker off until you can get it sorted out
In essence you’re saying if ANet realises I’m hacked and bans the account so the hacker doesn’t buy 5000 dollars worth of gems using my CC I’m just not going to play because they banned me for nothing! When in reality they banned you to keep what you are worried about happening from happening (assuming they notice and do ban the account)
Yea you’re right, just spoke out of frustration i guess. I just hate these sneaky little hackers getting your info and you cant figure out how…
Thank’s for all the responses guys. I’ll have to wait till i get home from work to fix this. Hopefully i wont get banned by then, if i am banned for doing nothing then i just wont ever play again…
I just checked the security tab on my account and it shows someone logged into my account from florida 45 minutes ago and im in new york! I dont get how my account can be hacked, i have not been to any websites or have any viruses on my computer so how? I hope i dont find out i’m banned now when i get home like so many other ppl…
Just look at the security tab under My Account on this website if someone logged in at a time you don’t remember logging in from an ip that isn’t yours then yes you need to change your info. In fact the FIRST thing to do when you think you’ve been hacked is change the password from a known secure computer while scanning yours for viruses and keyloggers.
If you don’t see unusual log ins though I’d say it was a bug.

I’m affraid that my account might be hacked for some reason because when i logged in yesterday my character was moved to a european home world/server. Anyway, i got to transfer back to my original home world but if my account is hacked does that mean they can login to my account and use my saved credit card and purchase up a storm at the gem store? I’m not sure if i was hacked or if it was some kind of bug that moved my toons to another home world, i guess i’ll find out when i log in later on tonight…

unfortunately that Minipet is lost for ever, same as factions if u accidentally trashed the special edition collecotrs present that mini kuunavang(same as NF and varesh)
All i deleted was the first toon i had created because i didnt like it. I should be able to get the pet with my other toons…

So i logged in yesterday and didnt even notice i was in a european home world till i saw people typing in a foreign language. Did somebody log in to my account and change my home world? How? I haven’t been to any websites or anything, what should i do?
Also when i first started playing during the head start i had received an ingame pet that looks like a mini charr but after i deleted my first toon that i created i noticed none of my other toons have this pet attachment in the ingame mail so how can i get it back?
