far and few in between waves and the damage is just getting worse. whats the point of taking the time to police the game with no real answer of impact. I understand this belongs in the bot rant thread but thats been locked for a while now.
Since the Bots thread has been locked for a few weeks now, I have to complain about the bots. I have not came to the forums about this, but I have reported countless bots. Beyond frustrated as the situation gets worse.
Day after day and now week after week I have personally reported the same bots , on multiple times per day if I happen to farm on different toons, and yet they are still there doing the same thing in the same spots.
Why is it so difficult to get rid of these bots when they have such a huge impact on the economy? Does Anet not have the resources available to send a GM to personally determine when a report comes in about botting? Not only would it result in fast action about getting rid of bots, but additionally it would result in less reports. Whats so hard about reviewing a bot report, with coordinates and server information, and account name of the reportee and determine which is quite easy that people are botting, and just ban or suspend them or what ever punishment your doing.
The lack of faster action is encouraging further botting and the lessen being seen by many is that all the folks are getting away with it, why cant I.
thank you all for the replies, Crater great answer, exactly what i was looking for thank you.
Thanks for the info Nepocrates
My question is do I have to run dungeon story mode on each toon or just once per account. I ask because I have done a handful of story modes on my ranger and a few different ones on my Warrior. In the achievement box it does not discriminate but wondering if the actual dungeon does. Thank you in advance for your answers.
One token to rule them all.
Any character to find them.
One vendor to bring them all,
And in the forge bind them. The main problem we see with a universal token system, is that players will find the easiest dungeons they can do within the DR system’s influence range, and just do them over and over.
It would be like if people could use all their CoF tokens from the speed/exploit clears, and buy up Arah Dragon armor. Were that the case, the armor itself would have no real value behind it. When you look at a player and you see a full suit of dragon armor, you know that they did a certain thing to get that armor. With a universal token system, you lose that sense of knowledge of what another player has gone through to get what they have.
If this is the case , why not add a token wallet type thing so we don’t have dozens of tokens taking up valuable bank and bag space? This is the similar kinda of issue for the wvw siege weps taking up way too much space and character specific and not account bound
