Wow love how you over exaggerate all my actions in the podcast, sorry that’s how ya see it. To tell ya the truth most of the time we are goofin’ off… and if you feel insulted for me showing some empathy to a fellow ranger over the abundance of negativity in forums(which to you apparently is a good thing – I disagree btw) then, I really don’t know what to tell you.
Also imo ofc, QQer does not equal Critic, i.e.:
Generic QQer type argument → Ranger nerf on X skill and N skill because Anet hates rangers;
Critic generic comment → evaluates changes/tests new changes/notices underlying issues with current buff/nerf posts on forums mostly justifying why he thinks patch has negative/positive overall impact on class;
So again, not you…

About the colorful use of adjectives to describe how I share my opinions on the podcast, I’ll say again, you are exaggerating(demanding? tone trolling? ad hominem attacks? seriously?). Other than the don’t quote “hear say” part, none of that post was meant for you, specifically… Sorry again that you felt the shoe fit, it was not suppose to, since I actually think you have some constructive posts here and there, at least where our views match.

One last thing, the pet standing where he pleases thing… here’s how I know u barely listened to the show you are so fiercely criticizing… We have talked about it, oh so many times, and I’ve joked about it, oh so many times… Even before there was an ATTK pod, there’s an audio recording of me trying to be funny about that specific pet AI problem, gw2 panel if I’m not mistaken. So yeah seems that one is still beyond the Dev’s concern/reach. As the hit performance on the LB is also still an issue among other things. ATTK preaches how to deal with it, but we’re are beyond far from Godhood and do commit errors, more than a few actually.

Point to the matter, I disagree on how you present some of your arguments on Ranger, thought it does not take away the validity of your viewpoints and I think you sometimes border on caustic. But other than that I’ve read posts where you make allot of sense. So chill. I have no quarrel with you even after all you’ve said.

Dude… I don’t even know what to say to you other than, I thought ur posts were very funny, and to this point I have felt no need to report anything you posted on this thread, whatsoever. So, as far as I know, no report on you came from any members of SOAC.

Enough is enough, if you don’t like the Ranger, reroll.
If GW2 is no longer your game because you think:
a) Anet is against you,
b) Anet broke Ranger,
c) You hate everyone else that still likes the class you can no longer play.
Play something else. Period.
QQ is the worst possible way to complain against a patch, it shows immaturity, and as such simply gets ignored by the devs, and rightly so, since there is absolutely no valuable content to be drawn from whatsoever.
If anything, take a cue from Batto in SoTG and ATTK, and see how a true high skilled player deals with the changes to his main class.
Also don’t quote stuff that ran in a podcast show you clearly did not listen to (no Nag, not you). At least have the decency to actually know what you are talking about instead of quoting “he said”.

Oh and special note, because this was just to good to read:
“Special” access to Anet – I only wish that was true… sadly it is not. We at ATTK, have exactly the same level of access as any of you.
Commercial??? ROFL… Are you per chance, making a Jindrake’s probable wishlist or something? Because that’s 2 out of 2 you got right. The answer to that is still no, ATTK has absolutely no other return than the added work for me and Batto and whichever guest we have on that week.

Thanks for your input, that is apreciated. We wanted to start on a really light basis, so has to possibly draw in the attention of newer players to the Ranger. We will strive to delve more and more into every detail of the profession, however. I do apologise for the technical issues thought. We will be working on it, so I do believe we can clear that issue from this point onward. As you said, we got it out there. Now we can start building on top of it.

Chopps:
:D I’m thankful for your support. And yes we will start focusing on builds/playstyles/strategies/pet utility/utilities/pet families/dungeon crawling/spvp/tpvp/WvW and even solo play tips here and there.
If possible, we want to even be able to touch on the diversity of thought processes between NA and EU, so that both sides can draw from eachother.
Bare with us as we try to create a foundation on which new players can draw from.

I also think that as we get more and more guests on, there simply will be no way we can avoid discussing builds and playstyle. I just didn’t want to jump immediatly into the thick of it.
