Given the chance, I would love to have CD fight against the serious WvWers in SBI. The majority (I say majority, not all) of their current zerg force just seems to be people who don’t know how to put in any real effort or strategies.

CD and BP are all burned out / discouraged of the scores, and I bet more of the experienced SBI WvWers don’t really want to fight this round anyway.

CD was attacking an upgraded SBI keep earlier, and we were beaten back by ac fire, cannons, and sheer zerg numbers. In the whole mess I spot an SBI mesmer laughing at us. I just shook my head at that silly mesmer. There was no real reason for her to troll laugh. I haven’t seen too many direct examples like that from SBI (thank goodness), but this was the kind of SBI players we were tired of. The kind that runs away in fear from an equal zerg fight, but safely gloats in the middle of a blob. I’ve seen my share of SBI zergs the same size as our CD zergs, that turn tails and run.

The siege of our upgraded CD EB was a real challenge, so I know not all of SBI is “mass blob is the only win”. There were a few times when we stood at the walls and wondered what the heck you guys were actually trying to do, but it was a real challenge nonetheless.

Let’s just assume our once overly upgraded and sieged keeps (shame they’re gone now, they were quite impressive) were an equal matchup against the current blob force (and the endless stream of supplies available at your homeland BL. Those trebs would not stay down….). It was like an unstoppable force meeting an immobile object. They held out for a really long time. But our poor upgraded garri was ninja’d by 5 omega golems when the already small force in CD BL had to jump to EB to help defend there. Five omegas were available to be built to take down a fortified keep that only had a handful of defenders inside….It was flipped before I even got there. CD did manage to pull off the same ‘ninja flip’ with the fortified SBI keep (the same one where that silly mesmer was laughing). We didn’t have 5 omegas, we had 6 rams.

On an added note, some SBI roamers are a bloody nuisance. I’m honestly more wary of these roamers than an SBI zerg.

This has been the most evenly matched week I’ve seen, so it seems pretty obvious that the imbalance in score is due to all the points SBI has scored with bloodlust kills.

I think some clans started to get a taste of gold and thought it wouldn’t be as easy as they thought compared to when they were facing mid silver opponents.

I mean we already know most people on SBI don’t really have any loyalty to the server, and SBI as a community obviously doesn’t really care either. They’ve been trying for months to recall clans that originally bandwagoned off to other servers during SBI’s first major exodus. Talk about whoring yourself out for short-term PPT.

Now SBI has a bunch of clans that can’t come close to pulling their weight and are hitting a brick wall of skill in the form of FA and Mag despite their superior numbers. They’ll jump ship soon enough.

Biggest difference between Mag and SBI: If a clan leaves Mag to bandwagon onto another server we’ll tell them to stay the hell off Mag. If a clan leave SBI to bandwagon onto another server, they’ll pay for your transfer back.

I really wish that someone would record some of our encounter at least from last night to say it wasn’t even numbers when we were fighting between garrison and bay is a lie, to say that the numbers you had in cliffside were not close to even is another lie, and to say the zerg we rolled in EB wasn’t on even ground is another lie. Talk about safety in numbers I have yet to see SBI split up that blob in EB maybe we hurt someones feeling last night.

I am also not “defending” anything, I clearly stated that we DID exploit, (if thats even the right word). I take back that we exploited, because its not the right word, I will call it glitching, because, we never took advantage of anything. That is the definition of exploit, right? Taking advantage of a glitch? Just checked, it is. We glitched, and took no act of turning the tides in WvW in any way, the only way we could was through map chat and telling people what we saw.

I’m sure that you said nothing of your exploits in map chat, that would leave evidence that ANet could verify, and it’s not like players communicate using any other means like Teamspeak, Mumble, Ventrilo, etc…

By the way, while you’re busy looking up definitions, search for: hypocrisy.

It takes real server unity to defend exploiters like this, without a single ethical individual from your server to stand against it. Not at all similar, in fact I doubt there’s any server you’ve been matched against that doesn’t know of your use of zoom-hacks to kill trebs and other siege in their keeps. It might be similar, if there weren’t countless accounts of players on your server both “jaywalking”(aka-exploiting) and committing “murder”(zoom-hacking). Unscrupulous members of [Slay] from Borlis Pass, if you find yourself in an area in which you do not belong, no matter how you wound up there, it is your responsibility to leave. Hanging out in SBI’s Citadel for half an hour, killing our crafting NPC’s(one of which I needed to craft sharpening stones), scouting our golems(with the possibility of killing them, as un-piloted they are not invulnerable), rezzing your dead over and over again, are in my opinion actions deserving of account bans and/or character deletion. Those who could be targeted were reported. I only hope that ANet gives this incident all the attention it deserves.

I play on a server where a certain “Commander” has almost daily nervous breakdowns, in which he and another player(whom I deem his lap dog), berate the players on the server, insist that the server’s failure is due to PUGs not following the tag, having “bad builds”, and then judge that only a very few players on the server are worth anything at all. It was old the first time I saw it happen, and the fact that it continues to happen baffles the mind.

Yesterday the guy even bashed his own server openly in the forums, until my sarcastic commentary(apparently) made him erase 95% of his post. It was bad, he accused players of “playing for fun” and “having jobs” which prevented the server from “being better”. Can you imagine that? Players playing a game for fun, or being gainfully employed?
