Guild Wars 2

Hello girls or guys, i am just gonna ask the question to keep it simply.

There are couple of days that i wasn’t playing Guild Wars 2 because i was on vacation in Croatia. Now i want to start all over again (just a new class) but i don’t know what to choose. It feels like i am really tired of playing but also i want to taste something new, if you know what i mean. And don’t ask me questions what i like or playstyle because i don’t know what i like, it is very confusing for other people to help me and specialy for me too. Please give me quick and good help. Well I think there’s no really way to farm them. You can just do daily and monthly achievements and read achievements discriptions and choose which you would like to complete. I don’t really pay attention about achievements, I’m just playing the game and gain them randomly.

Well once a guy said to me there’s a way to gain 500 achievement points / day.
And i when i saw the rewards i tought i’ll give it a shot that’s why i started this topic.
So if i understand you, there’s no really a way to gain easy and pretty much achievements a day?

Hello guys! I was just wondering if theres any method for farming achievement points?
Because i am not really an experienced player but also not an new player anymore. And i saw you could get the Zenith Skin from 1000 achievement points. Currently i am on 718 achievement points. So i was wondering, is there any method to farm it without losing any gold? If theres no method, atleast give me some tips to get them fast. Thanks!

Well my main was a Death Knight and a Priest. I am trying Engineer right now, i like it at the moment.

If you don’t know what you would like to play, how the hell do you expect someone else to know it for you??

Just answer some simple questions for yourself:
- Do you want to fight in the frontline with your heavy armor, smashing skulls and tanking damage?
- Do you want to be sneaky/stealthy, abusing daggers and pistols?
- Do you want to keep ranged at all time?
- Do you want to go PvE mostly? PvP? WvW?

I think the only person that can answer your questions is you, my friend.. :p

I know it looks weird but i’m an new player also, it is really hard to choose what i’d like to play. Just can somebody give me some cool professions i can try?

Before i’ve played World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 1. Please give me some details, i do not really know what my playstyle is. Daggers, main swords, pistols, rifles, …. i don’t know what i’d like to play. Please help me!

I like mesmer i think because it can mirror yourself… ^^

Every class have ranged weapons, and I wouldn’t advise you ranger cause even mesmer or warriors perform better at ranged combat imo

So you recommended that mesmer is maybe a nice profession to give a try?

I don’t really like fighting with swords like that, i like from long distance… ^^

Okay i did what you said, so searching for the lastest system updates and it said the following.

ok.. to start with, your laptop is low spec and may not be able to run gw2 smoothly. check this http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics
check for latest system updates and download the driver. install it and try again.

Okay thanks i guess, but i know my laptop isn’t one of the best.
But i could run Guild Wars 2 with it right? Guild Wars 1 wasn’t any problem.

Where do i can find those? I am not so good at computers, sorry…. :/
And i said in the message i accedently deleted my drivers, they were called Nvidia.

Oh yeah forget to said this, my total RAM is: “4.00 GB”. And RAM i can use: "3.85 GB.

I am a new player of Guild Wars 2, so i do not have any experience of it, before i played Guild Wars 1 and it was nice. I really like Guild Wars 2 but when i create an new character all objects (my screen) is acting weird. I even accedently deleted my old drivers of 2011. What is happening here, and of to fix it?

Yes Nvidia i’ve got, saw it before on my computer. Going to sleep right now, i will answer the other questions you will send tomorrow. Please help me! I really love the game but the flickering have to stop.

You can start by telling us what hardware you are running the game on that is causing said issue. You’ll want to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. I can point you in the right direction if you let me know what graphics card and operating system you have/run on.

Wow, wait what you mean with Graphics drivers? I’ve got an Windows 7 Acer 64 bit.
More i can’t say, or don’t know where to look it up, i am not really good with computers. I just play Guild Wars 2…. So a little more info would be great.
