The money transfer limit on new accounts protects ALL of us including YOU from hackers and gold sellers who break the economy. Would you complain about traffic lights inhibiting your freedom?

Just log in tomorrow and the limit will probably be lifted.

No..the limits stays for about a few weeks…and these “avoiding abuse” measures are totally void…instead of preventing abuse, you merely postpone it for a period of time..haters will hate, hackers will hack, sellers will sell, no matter what

Yes, definitely, Wintersday should be released concurrently with Episode 8. That would both make sense (4 episodes, break, 4 episodes) and would provide more content for the Winter vacation time that all companies have around this time of year (4 week break). This would also be consistent with pretty much every holiday/LS release combination of the past.

While I understand company limitations, staff limitations due to holidays, and so forth, I very much feel that this should’ve been planned for well in advance and that releasing them concurrently would’ve been the best.

May I ask why you feel that way? Why have two conflicting or competing things going on in a time period when many people have a lot going on in their lives — family obligations, travel, parties, events — which leaves them with less time to log in to their favorite game? Why not have each release get the spotlight and the player attention that each so richly deserves? And why roll out content (some are suggesting just days before a holiday break) that would be difficult if not impossible to maintain with holiday travel, developer unavailability, etc.? We pride ourselves on addressing issues as promptly as possible, but if an issue arises over a holiday break, it can be very challenging to take care of a problem. (I know this from personal experience: I worked with a server programmer through a full New Year’s Day to address an issue years ago. He was able to get things back to normal, but it was asking a lot to do that.)

Saying “This is what I want” is fine. But is what you want really logical? In my opinion the decision of the two release dates makes sense on several levels.

2: 80% chance of selecting a target way beyond your reach
3: +100% ferocity
4: + 50% endurance refill
5: 80% chance on critical hit to switch selected enemy
6: Spawns totally irrelevant mob in your vicinity and autoselects it instead of real mobs swarming all over you

Superior Sigil of Satan.
1. 66.6% chance on critical hit to spawn Satan. Satan will do massive damage to its environment (fire from the sky) and thus ending the map/instance/dungeon; massive kills count towards daily/monthly total kills and condition damage.

Tip:
Normally, you would have to buy the recipe for the ascended inscription AND for the item you want to produce.
However, if you are short on karma (if that even exists ) you could also buy the ascended inscription from the tradingpost and ONLY buy the ascended recipe for the ITEM you want to craft. When you are done crafting the item, you wil afterwards also be able to craft this inscription without having bought the recipe for it.

From the Hero’s Panel:
Equipment
Is what you use on the battle field; it boosts stats, conditions, boons etc.
It is divided in:
-Armor
-Weapons
- Trinkets

Wardrobe
Skins you collected throughout your playing time; you can change the looks of your ARMOR and WEAPONS with those and they require transmutation charges for each change you make.

Dyes
Stuff that is able to colour your ARMOR; each piece of your 6 armor pieces can be dyed separately.

Outfits
Clothes that make you look special. It does NOT remove your armor..It is kinda wearing a costume over your armor

Good news about outfits and dyes..you can change the colour of your OUTFIT too

DR only exists for spending too long in one place. Attribs are not affected by that

And another thing:
1. You have to have at least 25 Quartz Crystals on you in your inventory (not your bank)
2. Not all places of power are able to charge Crystals (if I recall correctly)
