Oh, wow. Sorry. I didn’t mean to be that vague. Yes, the achievement I was referring to was Bottoms Up. A player told me he received the achievement Bottoms Up two days ago and so, I went to test Thrasher if he was still walking instead of fighting. Unfortunately, Thrasher did not use any skills at all and just walked on by. So, I was wondering if anyone experimented and found a way to force Thrasher to start attacking causing him to drop bottles.
So, I recently heard someone got this achievement yesterday but then upon trying it, he was still bugged. Not sure whether my source was a troll or not made me wonder, did anyone ever try messing around with him to get him to force to attack them? For example, has a ranger tried using a pet with taunt on him or any other skill that forces a monster to attack a certain target?
Hey. I accidentally bought an ascended recipe for leggings thinking leggings were meant shoes. Turns out, I already have leggings; in my mind I call them pants and thus did not see the error in my selection. Is there a way I can exchange an ascended recipe type for another one?
Yeah, that is what I figured but I wanted another opinion. Thank you for your input. I’ll be staying axe/warhorn then.
I rock Longbow and Axe/Warhorn, in most PvE situations, I switch to sword when in stacking situations/high dps is needed. What I want to know is: Is Shortbow better than Axe/Warhorn in DPS?
I open up with Longbow and attack with: 4 – 3 – 2 – 5, 1 till 4 is usuable, 4 – 3 – 2, switch, 4 – 3 – 2 – 5, 1 till 2 is usuable, 2, switch, repeat. Given with my playstyle, I will not have the shortbow out for long, so will the conditional damage from 1, 2, 4 and 5 make up for the loss of bleed stack from two axe 2’s and the falcons?
Probably best to state, I wear berserker gear and my traits are based around increased damage percentages: Steady Focus, Bountiful Hunter, etc.
I’ve seen plenty of crafting guides for Huntsman saying for the person to make longbows and shortbows, encouraging to buy materials if necessary, when matching shortbow and longbow (4 wood and 3 leather each) vs. torch and warhorn (2 metal and 2 wood each) torch and warhorn are cheaper.
So my question is, does a player gain more experience if the recipe requires more raw material or is the experience the same for whatever you craft/discovery in it’s respective tier?
Hey, I’m Jordan and I’m looking for a guild that is talkative, friendly and does PvE. I’ve joined plenty of guilds that advertised themselves as being friendly but, when attempting to talk to them on several occasions, there is no reply. Most of what you get is the token “hi” upon logging in. I’m not looking for that, I’m looking for a group of people you can call your friends.
My one and only character is a level 80 Ranger. I rock, mostly, exotics and two ascended pieces; currently working on crafting more. I only started playing about a month and a half ago in Aurora Glade, so certain acronyms are still new to me but I’m working on learning as much as I can. I, also, play with my girlfriend, so more often than not, she may wish to join as well.
I’m not sure what else to say besides that. If you want me or more information, just shoot me a mail in-game.
Do they have a timer or reset via morning reset? I mined all the orichalcum/chopped down almost all the trees I could today but then I went back to find a tree I missed but found that the Orichalcum Ore Spots I had previously exhausted have come back. I know there are seperate sets if you guest a server but these nodes are in the same location as they were before, when all servers have their own randomized version, making this highly unlikely.
Anyone have anymore info on this?
The event to retake the lodge does not occur.
I have done the boss run, once a day, and I have been unable to see the treasure chest. I see everybody run up to the spot where it is supposed to spawn but I never see it.
I’m on Auroraglade.
