Well regarding wvwvw, a friend did drag me to wvwvw pre lvl80 and it looked fun. Didn’t kill much as my gear pref is vit, power, and toughness with power, toughness, and healing power (dolyak runes and regen on stealth trait makes me able to rapidly retreat heal and jump back in). Which is not the set up for a thief that kills much there.

But my goal is to recycle my original look (human t2) as a combo serker valkyrie dagger set so i can properly partake in the killing. Will make the stuff myself as I have 400 leather and jwellery.

So if your in GH and looking to dungeon call me, I seem to spend more time in cof path 1 than anywhere lately (at least the coin is decent though) but will happily branch out especially for that new one. Due to skipping Lost shores due to the lag I’ve had issues getting into groups (I’m lvl1 still).

Aim a shot that does more damage the longer it is aimed. Must stand still to aim.

1 sec charge: 170 Damage
2 sec charge: 310 Damage
3 sec charge: 450 Damage
Range: 1200

Combo Finisher: Physical Projectile

Initiative cost: 2 – 5

How about for this, use the animation and mechanics of the rifle training in Claypool with these changes.

The bar takes 5 seconds to fill, with damage and a small crit chance boost rising each second and when the bar is full the shot is fired automatically (to stop people sitting somewhere holding it ready).

So something along the lines of;

1 sec charge: 100 Damage
2 sec charge: 200 Damage with +2% crit chance
3 sec charge: 300 Damage with +4% crit chance
4 sec charge: 450 Damage with +8% crit chance
5 sec charge: 600 Damage with +10% crit chance
Range: 1200

For moving targets give us a 60 degrees field of vision so we can track targets, but gives closer targets more of an invitation to flank as a drawback.

Also add a 3-4 second cooldown maybe to offset the crit chance and exiting stealth when charging past 3 seconds maybe?

To me it covers the reduced mobility, looks cooler, and anyone that’s in front of you for the time to sit down and prepare don’t really have much to complain about as the animation takes time to start and to finish. Looking at a more risky but rewarding skill with this idea.

Other than that, the whole idea of your sniper rifle skills is a Do Want! from me.

I’m all for the report option, just figure also throwing in a measure to prevent the mailing (or the recieving) would be helpful to those that want to use it.

This. If I had an option that only people on my contacts list could send me email or whisper to me, this would go a long way to letting me have some measure of personal control over this.

I often mail people not on my friends list items due to there not being a trade function. I would also like to avoid having to add my whole guild to my friends list due to me being the guild tailor.

And quite rightly so, a simple friends only option would cripple the whole purpose of the system. Such a system would need to have options to limit it to guilds, parties, etc to lessen the hassel of unwanted mail without hindering our gaming.
I’m thinking along the lines of the chat tab’s options for selecting mail filters [i.e. to let us select multiple options like friends, party and guild].

Yeah I should of put this in my original post. Hopefully it makes sense.
