I’m getting this error message too whilst in-game, can’t join groups, whisper people or even see my friends list or guild list.
And I have no firewall, anti-virus or anything running and I’ve opened all the correct ports and nothing’s made a difference.
Any Dev responce would be nice as this isn’t the only forum post I’ve seen left unanswered.

I’m getting this in-game since the latest patch. And it’s making whispering people, joining groups or even entering the same instance with other people impossible.
I also can’t find any answered posts for this.
I have all the correct ports open and I have NO firewall whatsoever running, or any antivirus open or even running in the background. Again, I must stress, this has only been an issue since the last patch on the 10th.
Any responce and insight into the issue would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not having this issue with PvP neccessarily. Infact, since the patch, I’ve been having difficulty getting past loading screens most loading screens in general (be it PvE or sPvP). It’s namely to Lion’s Arch I can’t seem to load but I doubt it’s a “crowding” issue seeing as I could log in during the Opening Event a few hours ago (seeing as I got booted off numeral times), but before and after that I now seem to having great issues with it. Normally I have a -longer than most- wait during loading screens (usually ~30-40 seconds if I was to estimate a long-distance WP travel), but these have been going on well over 10 minutes before I’m either booted or I just give up, alt+tab out, close the program and try again (and to no avail, unfortunately). I’ve had no background programs running, up-to-date drivers and a CPU useage of less than 10% before even opening GW2.
I’m just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this issue if it is a recent thing with the patch? I’ll leave my PC specs here though, just incase.

Hi, I too am suffering from this bug and I’m just wondering if there is an ETA on this patch as of yet?
For me the problem differs per instance.
For example: In TA I will get 45 per path and it’ll diminish after each repetition of the path. In SE I will only get 30 per path, and it’ll again diminish after each repetition of the same path. However in HotW I will get 45 for one path but even if I change paths my reward will still degradate as if it were the same path. I haven’t had the chance to check out Arrah or CoE because everytime I do the opening events always seem to be bugged (Underworld server). Infact CoE has been bugged for days on end now.
I’m avoiding AC at all costs as, from what I’ve gathered, that seems to be the worst with people sometimes only walking out with one from what I’ve heard =/
Really enjoying the game though. Far exceeding my expectations, and they were that this was the game I was created to play ;D
Just wandering if there’s an update about the status of this fix? Keep up the good work. =)
