Okay, since there’s a sale for it right now I’ve been thinking if I need another one. I already have 5 slots, in those 5 slots I have: Copper-fed Salvaging Kit, Mystic Forge Conduit, then permanent gathering tools for the 3 slots remaining.

I don’t have any of the expensive convenience stuff like Bank Access Contract/Trading Post Contract/Vendor Contract etc. I have the Royal Pass but I only find myself using it on one character so I don’t feel the need for an extra slot for that. Also, I don’t feel the need for a slot for the portal stuff for Living Story S3 maps, I don’t mind going there via map waypoint.

So with all of that said, do I need another shared inventory slot?

The preview on the gem store just shows my character without the outfit, just the glasses. Before I buy, just want to make sure.

I guess that’s why the gem price is lower than the copper-fed one. Alright, thanks guys. Not gonna think of buying it anymore, lol.

I know it’s for convenience and all, but is it worth buying? I’ve read before that I’d save more gold if I were to use Master’s/Mystic Salvaging Kit.

Another question, how much gold would I be actually losing(just estimate) if I were to just use the Silver-fed SK exclusively for rares/exotics? It’ll be mostly used in AB farming so a lot of rares will be salvaged

It only appears on the Heart of Maguuma maps. The only backpack I have on is the Fervid Censer and removing that doesn’t remove that green backpack in the screenshot .__.

PvP isn’t designed to be fun. In this game, at least.

Opinion? It’s actually a fact. Devs designed the game that way.

I’m asking if I could still get the title even though there’s no special event. It’s not showing up on the achievements part of the Hero panel so I dunno.

I mean I paid full price for a barely finished expansion that basically made the PvP scene a complete joke so why not?

I am getting real sick and tired of these maps being played over and over again. This game came out back in 2012 and we have less than 10 sPvP maps? Jebus. Then we have ranked which only plays like what, 5 maps? Lol.

Oh, balance is the Devs’ focus? Well where is it then?

And yes, I do play other games so don’t suggest I play another game instead. :P

You are asking too much from ANet. You do know they carefully think of what they change, right? A big patch per season is where they shine. Don’t take that away from them.

3. Are many of the members PvP freaks that like to spend a lot of time doing unranked/ranked sPvP?

Okay, so my main guild isn’t big on PvP so I’m looking for one where I don’t necessarily need to represent.. I play casually probably less than 1 hour per day due to college. I’m online randomly so I don’t really have a sched for playing. I mainly do unranked pvp because I never really had groups to roll with, just pugs.

I main Ranger, btw. I’m “good”, in the sense that I know how to play the objective and my class. I’m gonna switch to Mesmer in the near future to be able to actually compete in ranked sPvP so there’s that.

Also, I don’t have a mic…

I’m not looking strictly for a PvP guild, a group would suffice. Been getting paired up with new/bad PvP players lately lol

Okay so I mostly spend my time doing sPvP or world boss farming. Mostly sPvP and right now, I can’t even play for 5 minutes without my client crashing! No problems before the latest patch at all. All drivers are updated and I don’t have any problems playing other games. The crash happens during the loading phase of logging into the game, or after going to match queue. This is really annoying. Again, no problems before the patch.

Windows 10 64-bit user by the way.

I only have one account so laurels are pretty valuable. Which items should I avoid buying from the laurel merchant?

Okay so for the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been having problems with lag. Ping is usually 400+ and even worse when I’m playing sPvP, which is what I mostly play. I’m from the Philippines and currently play on Borlis Pass (NA) server.

Any way to see the ping for the servers so I can choose the best one for me?

I have the same problem. Been trying to download for about 8 hours now, nothing. Got nothing. Can’t even get 10mb as it errors out. My internet is fine, btw.

I was having trouble launching the game, was downloading at 20kb…I have a 100mb download connection….

- I attempted repair of the game, and eventually just uninstalled it…

I was able to launch correctly all day yesterday. I realized after uninstalling the game that they announced that GW2 was going free to play. I assume there are server side issues going on. I attempted downloading the game to re-install and it is slow as molasses.

So annoyed right now.

That’s terrible. I don’t think I’d want to re-install with all the patches and my internet ain’t nothing special. This sucks -__-

So my speed is usually at 200+ kbps but when I update my GW2 it’s slow as hell. Anyone know how to fix this? I am not downloading anything simultaneously while updating so that isn’t the problem. My other downloads are fine so I don’t think my neighbors are using my wifi lol.
