Lost mine as well, while I was on business trip and couldn’t retrieve it in time..

Just happened to me and few other people. No bonus reward. 2 hours spent for NOTHING..

Yeah, same problem here. Got disconnected and now I can not connect.

No chests for me as well.. it happened 4 times now. 2x on Tequatl and 2x on Shatterer. I’ve done it on different characters. I was there from the start of the event, to the end. Ofc, I got the gold reward, but no chest.
